Diamond Buyers International Avis

When I first decided to sell my rings, I was working for a local jewelry store so I took them to the owner to see what he would give me. I was very disappointed with his offer. I started researching online and that's when I found Diamond Buyers Int'l. I was very cautious but I took the first step and asked for an appraisal. I was then contacted by Demtri, the owner's son, as a follow up. My main concern, which I'm sure most people would share, is if they would switch out the diamonds. I asked him point blank and he assured me they were a family run business with a good reputation and they had never and would never do anything like that. I thought about it some more and finally decided to send them my rings. The process was easy. They had my rings overnight, evaluated them immediately and sent me an offer. It was triple what I received from my own boss! Needless-to-say, I accepted. The money was in my account within two days! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them!

Dont even bother going anywhere else - go directly to Diamond Buyers International. They are honest and quick to pay. They paid the highest price of any other company, and i shopped around a LOT before i found DBI.
I was very nervous about mailing my diamond to a company.i didnt know, but Demitri was very patient and understanding. The process was simple and easy, and doing business with DBI was a very pleasant experience. The money was in my account the next day.
I absolutely recommend this company without hesitation and wish them continued success.

I had an exceptional experience. Dimitri was very helpful and forthcoming with information about my necklace. He was prompt and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with Diamond Buyers International. After reading such awful reviews of my local diamond buyer businesses by customers, I was definitely leery of where to sell. I had done some research on where the best place to sell my jewelry would be and most experts pointed to online reputable buyers. I went to the DBI website and it looked so easy, so I was of course a bit skeptical. Once I decided to go forward, it was the most efficient process I have ever encountered. I am still so surprised! The pricing is above standard, the professionalism is top notch and the payment was prompt. I could praise this company all day long as I am still in awe of how smooth selling my jewelry was with DBI. Thank you so much, Demitri!

This is an all around, very honest, fair company with old-school values. A company where humans actually answer the phone and talk to you. (seems a rarity in this day and age) Do not hesitate to trust them with your jewelry. Excellent - I would highly recommend this company.

I will only sell my diamonds and jewelry to Diamond Buyers International.
I did a lot of research and took offers from the three most popular companies and Diamond Buyers offered me the best price and the best customer service. It certainly is refreshing to deal with a company that is honest, trustworthy, and well respected. Thank you Diamond Buyers International !!! Mary

I had four pieces of diamond jewelry (ring, earrings, necklace w/ pendant and watch) that I wanted to sell. The pieces were expensive so I sent Demitri a copy of the appraisals and he happily increased the insurance that is normally offered for the overnight label. Once the items were recieved Demitri offered very good and fair price and the money was direct deposited the next day.Ok

I wanted to sell an investment quality, GIA certified diamond. Demitri offered me a price which was well above competitive offers, based on an e-mailed copy of the GIA certificate. After acceptance, I received a prepaid overnight mailing label by e-mail. Following delivery the next day; the stone was examined, verified and a direct bank deposit initiated the same day. Truly a lightning-fast, pleasant and easy transaction!
