Solved problems with my payment but tbh best thing was getting to speak to a human. Simon deserves a payrise because he was so helpful.
Ordered two flavours of juice, one was out of stock, the other one arrived in 3 days and refund for other juice I got back next day. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Problem with top and dispenser
Ubfortunately of the five items received, four seem to be faulty that when top is removed the dropper came away inside it and impossible to get out of the top! so four items wasted. Don't know if I received a faulty lot but did not have the problem previously.

Awful
Awful! Let me order liquid despite it being out of stock email informing me went to spam paid extra for next day delivery. Left without liquid had to wait for refund before being able to order somewhere else

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am sorry to hear about your experience. I am a little confused though as we do not offer a shipping upgrade. Or multiple shipping services, we only offer a standard Tracked 48 service. This leads me to believe that you may have purchased from another company and left the review for us by mistake. Never received my package… ordered on…
Never received my package… ordered on 11th July, it’s the 25th now. Royal Mail keep telling me diamond mist have dispatched but they haven’t received it yet. I’ve emailed diamond mist twice now with no response. Very disappointed! Would like a refund if you actually read and respond to reviews!

Very speedy.
They had dispatched the order by the end of day 1, received the next day.Can't expect better.. It was unfortunate that they hadn't got one of my favourites but did have 2 similar which I shall be trying soon.
