Absolutely horrible!
They give wrong information about the quality and fabric. What you receive is a super bad cheap quality, it's horrible to wear, as it's the cheapest synthetic one can imagine, while they are promising cotton and give all the beautiful description of high quality.
The customer support is not working at all, basically they don't answer at all. Zero answer even after 6 emails, they just ignore. Impossible to return, because they just don't exist. I lost money. This is a total fraud, they should have taken to court for deceiving the clients.

Total scam! fraudulent company I paid over $100 for a winter coat back in November and have yet to receive anything and we are in February now. I wrote the company several times and each time they sent me an email saying that the item was shipped. The tracking number is always unverifiable and I never received anything and keep requesting a refund.

Wrong item sent (was also faulty) customer services said they would send me a different item but that's not what I wanted. Ive asked repeatedly for a refund which I have still not received!

Received my order and it’s too small even though I ordered in my size, Turns out that the size are in Eastern sizes and not Western.
Have emailed about returning my order and haven’t heard anything back. Do not use this website.

They will send you a fake China product that size do not fit. I buy from legitimate merchants, I wear a L, tell me why their own large is so small, bought a blazer set and a jumper.
Quality is terrible, not manageable at all.
They refused to send a return details. This is how they operate it’s a scam.

Absolutely awful. I waited 4 weeks for it to arrive, it never mentioned it was from China. Literally zero communication - I emailed 5 or 6 times and I'm being completely ignored. I received the wrong sizes - all XXL - and the sizes are completely inaccurate because XXL is tiny. No wash labels, nothing regarding the fabric used either. The jumper itself is nice but the company is dodgy as hell! Thank god I bought it with Amex so I can claim my money back, they are not responding to any of my requests to return or exchange sizes.

Bought a large size but received a small size

The items do not even fit properly and I ordered a bigger size because I had an experience. I am super disappointed

This company is a fraud. I ordered a coat that arrived but I was to return it as it’s not suitable. As per their terms and conditions I have emailed them since the end of November 7 times and not heard back!!! I want to return my item and get my nearly £50 back!

Received my goods after days of waiting. Cheap rubbish from China. No label on the jumper itself except for some washing instructions in mandarin.

Scam website from China who offered me a refund once I returned the item to china which would have cost me more than I paid.
PayPal won’t refund either because I need to send the item back to China, when there was no information about ordering from China on the website if I knew it was from China I wouldn’t have ordered.
Stay away

Very poor quality clothes. Nothing matches with the photo in the website. No reply for return details. Wasted £120 and learnt the lesson. Please please dont get yourselves wasted

Scam website, clothes are all poorly made, they dont accept returns - to be more accurate they wont respond to you one you make a return request!
Did some digging on companies house. the "ceo's" adress is on there! Just google "diana london companies house" and you'll find it!

Wish I had read the reviews here before ordering. My experience has been the same as everyone else's. The items are of terrible quality from China and when you ask for a refund the company do not respond. Will be reporting to the Ombudsman for a resolution as this 'shop' is breaking consumer rights laws.

Diana London (clothing) is literally just a scam store. They're selling temu quality clothing at expensive high street prices. Imported from China, waited nearly 3 weeks for my clothes, when they did arrive they were poor quality with cheap finishes. None of them had any wash labels or care instructions. Poorly put together and fell apart in a single wash.

Cannot write a review on their website, won't answer any emails or requests for refunds. I've been scammed and you will too. Wish I read the reviews here before hand.

Diana London clothing shop is a completely Scam. They don't have shop right now. There's no address,no telephone number of the shop even they provide fake customer email address and also mentioned in the web site, please do not return your items to Sender's address.Please contact customer service in the email and email is scamming emai.I bought suit 3 pieces completely fraud.Last 3 days I am hardly trying to contact with them unfortunately they provide fraud email. This email doesn't come reply. I would to request to Trust Pilot.com please ban them. Hundreds of people fallen trap.We are suffer. I paid for £130 for that.Now I am not be able to contact with them to return my items for money back. Guys please don't buy this products otherwise you lose your money. It's 100% Scam. They put the name Diana London and their product is on another name. So this is 200% fraud.Guys don't buy it. Be careful.

Goods are low quality and not true to size and the returns page of their website give a defunct email address.
