Absolutely appalling customer service. Do not purchase from this website- there is no process for returns despite the misleading information on website…. You will wait weeks for the item to arrive and then be ghosted when you attempt to make a return for the poor quality item. Never again. Disgraceful.

Ordered a dress for a Christmas party and it took a while to come but it arrived. There were gems falling off and it was way too small for me so I decided to return it. I sent them an email and a couple of days later I received an email requesting a picture of the dress and that WAS IT. No more communications and when I sent a follow up email I got an email from gmail themselves that my email BOUNCED BACK. An absolute scam of a company, save your money!

Awful company, do not use! Bought a dress at the beginning of December ready for a Christmas party, took so long to come that it didn’t arrive in time. No where did it state that delivery would take over two weeks. When it eventually arrived, it also didn’t fit so asked for a return. First of all they asked for pictures of the dress. I was then told that as per their return policy I could return but would be liable for the return cost, which is fine however the return cost was £35! Or I could keep the dress and as a gesture of good will they would give me 15%. When I emailed back to ask why their return cost was so high and that legally I am entitled to a full refund as I have purchased something online they have just stopped replying despite chasing. Avoid at all costs!

Shame you can’t give no stars! Do not buy from here. Took forever for my items to arrive and when they did of which two were the same item in different sizes, the items were made of completely different materials. Not just different materials but they were marked and very poorly made. I contacted the so called company over 10 times and they either didn’t reply or when chased provided no helpful information. Do not use this site at all costs!

Ordered a dress before Christmas and it never arrived. I have tried multiple times to ask for a refund and now the email address isn't working. Hard earned money lost.

I ordered a dress from the looved london website and I never received it but they still took the money from my account. I have emailed multiple times to get my money back and apparently it’s failing to reach them.

Quality of clothing is terrible and you can’t get a refund, avoid if you don’t want to waste your money

This company are ignoring my emails to return a jump suit that is too small for me. It cost me £70. Do not buy from them

I ordered a dress on November 11th, and it didn’t arrive until December 15th. When I asked why the delivery took so long, they blamed Black Friday, even though I placed my order three weeks before Black Friday.

When the dress finally arrived, it was a massive disappointment. I’m 5’7” and 63kg, and ordered a medium (size 8-10), which is my usual size. The dress barely covered my bottom and wouldn’t zip up. The quality felt extremely poor — comparable to something you’d find on a market stall for £15-£20, yet I paid £37.

I tried to return it but received no response for three weeks, despite emailing repeatedly. When they finally replied, they asked me to send a picture of myself wearing the dress. I had already explained that the dress didn’t cover my bottom, so this request felt inappropriate and uncomfortable.

Under UK law, I’m entitled to return items within 28 days, provided they’re in perfect condition, for any reason. However, after refusing to send them a photo of myself wearing the dress, I haven’t heard back from them, and that was three weeks ago.

This company’s customer service is appalling, and I would not recommend ordering from them.

Terrible- the quality of the clothes are bad and they don’t fit usual sizing.
If you try and get a refund you struggle to even get a reply, then when they do they offer a 15% refund, or a cost of £30-35 shipping costs to send the garment back.
PLEASE avoid and don’t make the same mistake I have, such a scam

Ordered a tracksuit. £30. The tracksuit was crap quality and was under sized. Emailed regarding the return and they emailed back saying it's £35 return charge?!!!! That was more than the actual price of the tracksuit! emailed back asking for the 15% refund not even a full refund due to their stupid policy and yet month later no reply whatsoever! have emailed again and still no reply! Whoever owns this should be ashamed and retake a customer service course! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered beautiful black dress with fur around top and cuffs waited 5 weeks and then received what I can only describe as a tight t-shirt with feathers that nearly all fell off when taken out bag😡😡😡have tried to email on several occasions but still no response paid £38 for a nasty cheap piece of fabric that only go as far as my tummy 😡😡😡worst place I have ever bought from

I ordered this lovely [looking] black dress the flowed out at the bottom .. was provided no tracking link, it arrived three and a half weeks later, it's skin tight and its so short it doesn't even cover the whole of my bum let alone any part of my legs. Biggest waste of £40 (it was £40 in the black Friday sale I might add).

They reply to no emails and won’t give refunds except if that item is damaged according to their site- but the item was NOT as described.

One item never turned up!

Wish I would of checked the reviews before ordering. Ordered a dress thats tiny and no way would it fit and when asked about returning just been ignored. Please please don't order

The dress is the size of a child’s, so see through and the feather fall off touching it.
Took over a month to come and now I’m getting no reply from them after emailing 5 times to ask to send it back and I’ve been completely ignored.

Awful quality item and can’t return

Ordered two dresses. Wrong item received, both very poor quality and not the same as the pictures online. Emailed customer service got no reply. Commented on their instagram page then got blocked! £80 done the drain!

I'd give this website 0 stars if I could, quality is a joke, I paid £45 for a dress that wouldn't be worth £5 and no way of it being returned? This business should not be allowed to run

This company pretends to be in London, goods are from China, same products half the price on Temu, absolutely disgusting.
