Always happy to visit the dentist now I am a client of Diane Dental - they actually put the client first every time and go out of their way to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Friendly and explain everything clearly so you feel relaxed and comfortable. Had implants top and bottom long process but well worth it .

Great dental practice, staff are friendly and professional, only issue was even though I’d asked over phone for no X-Rays they proceeded to give me them but this was all sorted by the front desk staff afterwards :)

No difficulty in parking. Lovely warm greeting in a pleasant waiting area. I was seen on time and never felt rushed during the assessment.
Information given was clear with no flannel.
I would go there again and recommend this practice.

I think the practice is very good and dynamic. It is well led but sometimes is a victim of its own success as it is difficult to get through on a number of occasions. However we would not be human if it did not have a few hiccups

Very disappointing experience. The woman I saw was bullying and seemed to forget that I am the customer. It has been a while since I’d visited the surgery, but mr Bullock never spoke to me this way. Preferring to gently advise than inform me what my money was going to be spent on. I will not be returning!! I will be moving to another practitioner.
