They offer a ‘free’ consultation but then they tell you to discuss more you need to book an ‘consultation’ which costs £50 that you have to pay for there and then. My other dentist you get a free consultation then offered a payment plan for expensive treatments. I feel if your loaded you will be fine with Diana dental

I totally hate dentists but I would have to say truthfully they were great I did not let them near my teeth except for x-ray they were very understanding of my feelings so yes all was great

Friendly, relaxed and modern premises, the staff are always willing to listen, accommodate and give good advice. I wouldn’t trust my dentistry with anyone else!

Great staff welcoming, excellent treatment options

Having not seen a dentist for nearly four years, I was fearing the worst when I developed toothache. I called the surgery and they got me in and sorted out on the same day. Everyone was pleasant and reassuring, as though I had been a patient for years. subsequent visits have been just as well managed and painless.

Zoe and the team really know customer service added to which I always feel like a person not just a number being pushed through. They always make the time to chat anything through that I may have any questions on.

Even better than this, the dental care that I have received here has by far been the best in the UK (and even further a field).

I would highly recommend, a practice that truly care about you, not their bottom line.

I have been very pleased with the treatment from Dr Zoe Wray and her staff at Diana Dental. I recently received dental implants and was provided with a very thorough assessment and explanation of the treatment. The procedure itself was done in a very professional way and was relatively painless. After several months I have had no problems with the implants and am very happy with the results.

up to recently always had excellent care and service, however recent filling showed that despite three doses of anaesthetic it wasn't enough to freeze my nerves and three times during drilling it was very painful.!!!

Treatment was fine but had to wait 30 minutes in between my appointment with the hygienist and dentist. Find this disappointing when I’m paying private fees.

I have always been nervous of going to the dentist until I went to Diana Dental. I have been a patient now for over 12 months and received extensive work including bone graphs and implants, they make me feel relaxed and always show professionalism. I would not consider anywhere else at present. I know longer worry about going to the dentist.
