I bought an iPhone described as in excellent condition. And it was.
It also arrived more quickly than expected. I’m a happy customer.

Very quick delivery and goods were package so no damaged could accure

Noise cancellation on the apple airpods pro 2 is insane. I wear them all day without discomfort

It was to my surprise how low in price the YSL Mascara was I was really happy so for future purchases at this price I will be purchasing again

The television is excellent. Visuals are great so clear & sound is really clear

So disappointed to find out Mr Smith has sold out. Thought this was a true blue Australian company. Shame on you Mr Smith. Haven't received my items yet. But not happy about the reviews I've read.

D Smith are now owned by Chinese Company Kogan.
There customer service phone number is a recorded message.
The APP goes around in circles and no live chat although they state there is.
I ordered an item that arrived with no problems and then 15 days later $129 was deducted from my account.
On investigating It was a charge for D SMITH MEMBERSHIP.
On further investigation it became apparent this is a ploy by D SMITH/KOGAN that they do not warn you about it when you order.
There are plenty of reports of this online and people contact There merchant for a CHARGE BACK.
Won't be long and they will be prosecuted for this disenguous act.

I ordered a product around 3 weeks ago. Received it. Late this afternoon I saw on my bank account a seperate bill for $129 for their “First Benefits scheme.”
Now to be clear I’m a struggling single parent and I don’t join ANY benefits scheme. Ever. At all.
The transaction stated I got the scheme at 6:11am today.
But last night I dropped my phone into the washing up water and it was f**ked. I couldn’t use it. I got it repaired today. I got my phone back at 2:49pm as per my phone repair bill. So there was NO way I could have bought this-even by mistake.
And trying to get it cancelled was a huge issue I had to scroll through endless “are you sure you want to leave” messages with advertising on what I’d lose before I finally got to a screen that accepted my choice for something I NEVER asked for.
I am very angry. I have to wait 7 business days to get this money back. Time I cannot afford to not have that money for. PLUS if I were more fortunate I wouldn’t have noticed the money gone.
I will NEVER buy from DickSmith again. For any reason.

I purchased a cabinet unit online so as with anything unseen it could have been a disaster. It was far from it, with a very quick delivery to my home, and a good quality, perfect for my requirements unit which ticked every box!

I ordered a t-shirt for a birthday gift on 13 March. The item wasn't shipped until 18 March. Now on 27 March the item still hasn't arrived (I've missed the birthday now). The ordering/shipping process wasn't particularly transparent, but the bigger complaint I have is that the shipping was expensive. If I get free (or cheap) shipping I don't expect speed. When shipping costs are high then the item should arrive quickly!! Not good enough.

I purchased a trail camera and afrer purchasing i attempted to have my address changed within minutes of purchase. At no time there was no assistance organised and 5 days later to have this rectified

I got it quick. As my Son works for Team Golbal Express he brought it home for me ,which I paid $88.95 for delivery do it yet any of that fee back as it was not delivered

this time ds. did a great job with my order and i look forward to doing the next one

I only saw the product ( coffee table), online, so I could not be sure if I would really like it.
Arrived this morning, and YES, I really do love it.
Also, because it was part glass it was really heavy, however, the delivery gentleman insisted on delivering it inside my front door. I would never have been able to lift it alone. Very grateful to him.First class gentleman.
