DIFFUS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS - DON'T SUBSCRIBE
I subcribed to Diffus.me to try their ai models (SDXL and SD) for image generation, on last October 15 (receipt #2476-9348), I paid $36 to try it. When I tried to generate an image from SDXL, I immediately received a red text error, and no image at all. Same for SD model. I repeated and repeated, same thing, no output at all. Then tried another cheaper model test, and received a single image completely unrelated to my prompt and distorted.
I got out of that website and searched their problem for hours with ChatGPT. Chat fund the bug. It was Diffus API BUG, nobody could login because of their overflow that day. They should pay me for my waste of time to debug their platform. On top their site is so messy, you can't find the cancellation easily, neither their support, neither their address. My dashboard was buggy. I sent them a technical support email, waited and waited...they never answered.
I abandonned their buggy website and never went back again. Then I asked for a refund the same day I bought the subsribtion, and received an answer from Edward Cui on October 23rd that: I ''used my subsribtion'' so they will not refund''. So they took my money without giving me ANY SERVICE AT ALL.
I sent this review so that you DON'T LOOSE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE HUNGRY SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY FROM DIFFUS.ME There are hundreds of image/video generators, some are even free. Don't get riped-off by DIFFUS

Diffus, If you would be honest, you would go in my account dashboard and find that I used your system ONCE on last October 15 as a try for SD and SDXL models, and the experiment DIDN'T WORK AT ALL. I tried one image only with another cheaper model. SD and SDXL didn't work because of an API failure ON YOUR SIDE. I DID NOT MADE A SINGLE IMAGE I CAN USE BECAUSE YOUR SYSTEM WAS BUGGY and blocking my API account (red warning alert). You can see in my dashboard that I didn't download any image or video. The proof is that I used 40 out of 12,000 credits (which is less than 1% - exactly 0.333 % in a 10 minutes try of your buggy API - that's what you call a ''service?'') and the single image I got failed because it was completely unrelated. Diffus has just replied that the ''service has been used'', which is a lie. The service has not been used, the buggy falty ''service'' has been used. The service is to generate properly a usable media. I didn't do that on that day and the fault is on Diffus.me side. That's a huge difference. I was the guinea pig to test Diffus buggy platform, not a user of usable media. I paid but Diffus failed at giving me any ''merchandise'' because of their problem.
You grabbed my money right away and never gave me any service. It's just like when someone order a physical object from a store, and the store don't ship. Diffus gave me NOTHING absolutely nothing for my money. A RIP-OFF SCAM. That's your ''service''. If you would have been honest, you would have refund me the same day (October 15) when I sent you an email to cancel because of your API bug which was blocking my account. I didn't get any ''service'' from Diffus. NADA. So your website ''service''clause is irrelevant since it has not been respected, contrarily to what you claim in your recent answer.
So I wont loose my time disccussing these facts on your email, I gave Diffus plenty of time to correct this case, but Diffus didn't. For me, that reinforce the conclusion that this scam you just made is intentional, since you don't want to refund and repair your mistakes. Too bad for Diffus reputation, it will go down the drain; just wait and see, months will tell... I know you try to hide real storys like that, but bots spread faster then what you can ever imagine on the web.
Until you refund, you are considered by evidence as scammers. And don't ever try to use my credit card to withdraw anything from your business ''service'' since I have cancelled and don't want to ever go back to Diffus. VISA has been warned.
If you are a potential custommer at Diffus.me, spare yourself all the problems I had, avoid them like the plague, your time is more precious then that. If you are a subscriber...well too bad for you folks...but you always have the option to cancel your subsribtion. Believe me, you'll be safer with other platforms.
