The prompt adherence is abysmal

The prompt adherence is abysmal. A prompt to turn a model to show side profile creates a a model with no shirt on.
Also you will burn through the credits. There is no feedback to correct the error.

Sudden price increase, including on previously purchased credits

Some time in August, I found myself burning through credits (8 per image) when I was used to being charged 5 credits for 4 images. This was because DreamStudio changed the pricing, including on previously purchased credits. In addition, they are now going to a subscription-only model (you pay whether you use it or not) so I will not be doing anything further with them once I use up my credits.

Embarrassing Rubbish!

I’m only interested in Audio. After Suno this is embarrassingly childish output! Three minutes allowed a month and tracks are only 30 seconds long and even if you pay there is a maximum of 90 seconds.

Bunch of scammers

They've charged me money after I've deleted account from there. Bunch of thieves, they've didn't reply for a mail with complaining about it. From what I see here I'm not the only one. Watch out, don't make account there if you don't want to be scammed. I had to

Broken Logic and Wasted Money

Their so-called “Stable Assistant” fails even basic logic. I asked it to draw a simple cat, it gave me one with six paws. Then I requested a realistic cat sitting on a shoreline with a reflection in the water, it generated a full-blown monster. And the worst part? Every mistake costs money. Even the videos it produces are completely absurd. I should’ve trusted the negative reviews on this site - they were right.

I Signed Up For Their 3-Day Free Trial

I signed up for their free trial and canceled after one hour because their services didn't meet my needs.
I emailed them to inform them that I canceled and asked if I needed to do anything else. They never replied.
They then billed my credit card for $19.00.

I believe their services are subpar, and they have 0 customer support.

I had to go through my credit card to dispute the $19.00 charge. I just received an email from my credit card:

"We're pleased to let you know that your dispute has been resolved. You'll see the credit in the next two business days - it'll be listed with your account activity on your statement, or by logging into Citi® Online. This credit is permanent."

Lost the money I paid

Lost the money I paid, No answers from support more than month....
I Paid for "credits" to be able to generate images via API: the service worked fine for a month, then stopped working. I paid again, I see the new credits on my account, but anyway APi call shows me "-0.5" credits on y balance and service doesn't work.

Used the contact form to figure out what's up, send them emails, but never got a reply from the company. I don't recommend making business with them.

Lost the money I paid

Paid for "credits" to be able to generate images: the service worked fine for a couple days, then stopped working and started to ask for a $9/month subscription.

Used the contact form to ask for either refund or transfer of unused credits to new platform, but never got a reply from the company. I don't recommend doing business with them.

Lost the money

I paid for the Dream Studio image generator service a few times. It does work good, but recently I paid it again and the credits didn`t loaded, I had sent tickets with a screenshot of the payment to customer service but they hasn`t even repplied. I only get an automated message... So, you better don´t lose money as I did.

Siged up for the Plus package

Siged up for the Plus package, worked fine and is a nice tool... then all of a sudden I can't log in. No response from their support for over two weeks, nothing - but they're happy to take my money. Unprofessional in the extreme.

Zero Customer Service

I've filled out a support ticket on behalf of my client, their contact form, and emailed every single email that I can find for Stability.ai, but they do not respond to any of them. Their password reset tool doesn't work and no one will help a paying customer get back into their account. I haven't experienced such terrible service in years, I'll be blocking the auto payments with my bank since Stability.ai won't help me.

I tried them for one month and then…

I tried them for one month and then decided to go with a different provider
Those amateurs doesn’t have anything at all at theirs dashboard when I login with my username
No billing section no nothing
But they trying to charge me once a week
I sent them an email to their support email support at stability ai but they don’t want to cancel it and I don’t have a way to do it.
I blocked them on my credit card but I can still see the attempts.
I wouldn’t trust someone who do business like this
I also don’t like the amateur quality of their pictures generator but that’s not the issue here
I will keep posting this kind of reviews every time I will get the notification they tried to charge me.
Recommend you to stay away from them.
