We called Diginpets for a home visit to take our beloved dog Oakley over the rainbow bridge.
We were visited by Paula. She was compassionate, respectful & Kind. She explained the process & throughout her visit made sure Oakley was comfortable & reassured us.

Peaceful, calm and dignified
Sandhya could not have been more compassionate towards us and our 16 year old dog, at the most heart breaking time. She guided us through the whole process very clearly and treated both us and Charlie with dignity and respect, and allowed us all the time we wanted with our precious boy.

If you are reading this review then you are probably having soon to say goodbye to your beloved pet. We sadly had to say goodbye to our Hungarian Vizsla Erik. We were helped and guided by a truly wonderful lady Paula who with a great deal of care, expertise and professionalism helped Erik pass peacefully with the dignity he deserved. Myself, my wife and family cannot thank Paula and Dignipets enough for helping us through this very difficult time. Being given the choice to allow Erik to pass in his home in his favorite place surrounded by the people who loved him gave great comfort to all concerned.

I cant thank these enough for their compassion, and making a very hard day so peacefull and calm, for our old girl bella she made it to 14 and a half, but was suffering with her arthritis, were so glad we made the decision to use dignipets than make it a stressfull day for our girl, from the begining of asking about some of bellas life right to the end, explaining everything, answering our questions,very calm and you don't feel rushed at all, even with bella eating a bar of dads chocolate, bella had cut her paw that morning aswell and even when they placed her in the basket they placed her in a way we couldnt see her poorly paw, im sorry i cant remember the 2 ladies names that came out to us but thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💔

Saying goodbye at home
Just want to say a massive thank you for your service, the whole process was very easy and smooth sailing, my dog was able to fall asleep at home in a relaxed and familiar environment with his family, thank you very much for your time and efforts to make this experience a lot less stressful and traumatic than what it would of been at the vets, the lady who visited (Maja)talked me through everything before beginning she was very kind natured and my dogs were very relaxed around her, she took her time there was no rush and was very gentle when handling him too Maja was very professional but also empathetic overall I am very happy with his send off xx

The right decision
We are so pleased to have made the decision to ask DigniPets to assist us at the end of our beloved dog’s life. It was just what we wanted and needed and we are grateful to them (and in particular to Mia) for their care and compassion in this most difficult time. To be able to say goodbye to our fur baby in our own home with him snuggled between us was priceless.

Consideration to our elderly greyhound and our selves
From the initial contact everyone was professional and understanding at this difficult time. Sylvia the lady who came to our house to euthanize our elderly greyhound was caring unrushed and considerate to our dog and ourselves and made the difficult time peaceful and sympathetic. Highly recommended

The best experience we could have hoped for
This was our first time with Dignipets. We're based in the West Midlands and were visited by Jamie. He helped us come to terms with the loss of our beautiful and loving cat Molly (20 years old). Jamie's sensitivity and support exceeded our expectations. He was softly spoken throughout, didn't rush us and his attention to detail, considerations and respect felt like an art form he had mastered. I couldn't have imagined anything better for Molly. A compassionate and kind service.
One of the hardest days was made much less painful by dignipets. Being able to have my beloved border terrier Amy put to sleep at home meant she didn't have to face anything even harder than she was already facing in her super senior years, as her quality of life had diminished to an unbearable level.
The team were kind and compassionate and I would recommend them to anyone in their darkest days.

An amazing service at such a difficult…
An amazing service at such a difficult time. Early on Sunday morning, I called and was met by a compassionate person who took my details. Bruce, the vet, returned my call almost immediately and was able to come out within 45 minutes.
What can I say about Bruce? He is truly incredible. He gave me clear, honest guidance about what my beautiful cat was going through and reassured me that I was making the right decision. He gently talked me through the entire process, handling everything with such compassion and care.
He made an incredibly painful experience feel dignified and helped make it just a little easier to come to terms with.
Thank you so much, Bruce. I am truly indebted.

Could not recommend enough
We unfortunately had to make an emergency call to Dignipets for our 14 year old cockerspaniel on Thursday evening. With his age and condition we couldn’t bring ourselves to take him to the vets and instead opted to have someone come out for us. We couldn’t have asked for a more kind and thoughtful person in Bruce to handle such a delicate situation, with such compassion and calmness he single handedly made an awful situation a beautiful send off for our boy. We cannot thank Dignipets and Bruce enough for how delicate and thoughtful they were during the whole evening, so thank you so much.

I highly recommend this service
I highly recommend this service, after losing our beloved dog last week the vets couldnt help us but gave us a phone number for dignipets they came out to our house on a saturday and were so lovely and so respectful to our dog, we couldnt ask for any better, it was so nice and peacefull for our old girl, at the sadest time in our lives it was also the nicest service we could of asked for. Would defernatly use in the future if needed.

Saying your final goodbye
Sylvia came to our home today at one of the worst times in our lives. She was so compassionate, kind, thoughtful and caring as our beautiful Golden Retriever, Lily, crossed the rainbow bridge. The service from Dignipets was second to none. It is an awful time when that decision is made but Sylvia was so reassuring and talked us through everything, giving us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Very respectful, kind and caring. I would not hesitate in using this service again.
