Recieved my dogs ashes back today pet cremation are very friendly and helpful would highly reccomend.

Amazing company, the person who came and picked up my pet was genuinely so sweet and I couldn't have asked for a kinder person to pick up my baby.
The updates were great and kept me from worrying.

At what is a difficult time for us the service provided was of a delicate nature. The collection of Teddy was done with respect. Everything was explained with regards to process and timings. We knew Teddy was in good hands. We received his ashes today and feel like he is back with us. Thank you

What can I say. Professional and respectful from start to finish. Communication is 5* and how my beautiful angel dog was delivered back was beautiful. No need to buy a casket, the box is phenomenal with so much care and attention. Personalised too. I just cant thank you enough from the bottom of my heart . Prices are amazing for this level of repect and care. This company truly does care

So happy I chose this company to look after my dog after her passing, I was kept informed at every step of the process with empathy at my loss .I received her ashes in a lovely wooden box with her name on the top ,her pawprint and some of her fur .Delivery was on time too .

When our guinea pig passed, we searched online. First one we saw was pet cremation uk. Within minutes all had been sorted and the very next day a pleasant man came to collect our Crumble. Today we received her ashes back in a beautiful box with crumbles name, a small bottle of her fur and a heart shaped candle. Excellent service with lots of personal touches. Would highly recommend. Had my beloved kitty cremated by pet cremation UK recently and the service is is exceptional, same day pick up, informed along the way and care for respectfully! Cremated remains was returned in the beautifully engraved box with a paw print to remember! Cannot recommend this company enough thank you

A compassionate service, where your pet is treated with respect. You are kept informed of every step along the way of your pets cremation, and the return ashes and embossed wooden box is beautiful, along with paw print and jar containing fur. I would definitely recommend this company.

Initially given wrong details of our pet being picked up 3 days after putting her to sleep, and she had been left at the vets. Told her ashes would been returned 3 days. Then when they were to ne returned the next Thursday it then become Friday. Delivery driver left msg delivered to home owner. Only to find they had been put in our delivery box. No knock on the door or anything..appalling service..

Didn't really know what to expect but the whole process was faultless. Compassionate at all times and kept in constant communication before the ashes were delivered.

What a beautiful service they provide. Lost my little girl cotton, they came to pick her up and the guy was lovely, I honestly thought we would.get her back in a little casket, but I was so shocked at the effort that went into her box, it was beautiful, they even gave us a little glass bottle with her hair in it, how special ❤️ it was so much more than we ever expected. Thank you so so much, I would highly recommend this service. 10/10 from me.

We had to goodbye to our wonderful mastiff called Kano. He had stopped enjoying his life. He was almost 11 years old and had cancer.
The vet and the crematorium guy could not have been nicer or kinder.
Excellent service and care from beginning to end.

These guys made a difficult process so manageable. They were swift and communicative and the ashes were presented so beautifully. Thank you for helping us remember our little fur baby so considerately.

They have a whole page on the website about being able to collect within the Bristol area. But when I called up I was told that they dont do anywhere in Bristol. Really unhelpful.

Our little Jack Russell Bandit passed away recently and pet cremation helped make the grief a little easier. The service from their agent on the phone all the way to receiving the ashes was stress free, efficient and without any delays.

This has been the third time we've used pet cremation for my boys my dogs are my family and best friends and this experience this time has just blown me out the park the presentation and the respect and the little extra items you've done has reduced me to tears
From the packaging advising courier to respect to the box to bubble wrap to the resting box with the hair in a bottle to his paw print on a card to the lovely engraved box its outstanding respect and one that has made me lost for words we thankyou all so very much for the respect given to our boy Boris
