Being able to track Solo from being picked up by the very nice empathetic guys, back to where they take them, then step by step through the whole process and then back to me was everything I needed to give her the best end to her journey. So much better care, such better value what is paid for the service and process received. I honestly could not have asked for better for my Solo. Thank you all so much.

Other than the grumpy person on the phone when I called. A few hours after my cat died too so could have been more friendly/helpful. The rest of the service was amazing. They collected next day and returned within 2 weeks and the box and all that comes with is really sweet. Was kept up to date with notifications of delivery too

Will absolutely be using these guys again for our last 2 furbabies. Incredibly easy to make arrangements and I didn't even have to call, luckily for them as I would have been a blubbering mess. Upon collection we were not rushed to hand him over and they didnt leave until we have them the go ahead. I was able to track every step of our babies journey right up to having him home again. Our boy came home this morning and what he came home in was much much more than I ever expected. After paying over £200 for our cat to come home in a cardboard tube from the vets, I didn't expect much for our little boy, but everything he came home with and in was more than worth what we paid these guys. We also had the bonus of being able to use clearpay to pay for the services, without that option we would probably have had to settle for a burial which we did not want. Will 100% be using again when the time comes. Thank you so much for an easy peaceful process at such a heart wrenching time for our family.

My daughter contacted them on the phone several times behalf of me as I was very upset for my pet death but the lady on the phone was very helpful, caring us and informed us kindly.

Lovely company who we’ve used twice now and both times they’ve been amazing with everything especially when our dog died suddenly and helping us when our payment link wouldn’t work didn’t matter how many times I rang for help or details received my lurcher’s ashes on the dated they estimated.

I contacted Pet Cremation UK in July 2026 after my beloved cat was diagnosed with cancer. My cat was still alive and fighting for life at the vets. I simply wanted the price of an individual cremation so I could prepare for when the time eventually came.

A man called me back and, despite me clearly explaining that my cat was still alive and seriously ill, told me they also offered euthanasia. I had NOT asked about euthanasia.

When I said my cat was at the vets, I was then told they only carried out collections during the day. Given that euthanasia had just been raised completely unsolicited, I found this incredibly insensitive and upsetting. The conversation left me feeling as though my deeply loved cat was being viewed as a potential transaction rather than a cherished member of my family.

There was no compassion or empathy whatsoever. I was so disgusted by the call that I blocked their number.

I would never entrust my beloved cat to this company and, based on my experience, I could not recommend Pet Cremation UK to anyone.

Losing her has been absolutely heartbreaking, but your support made a devastating time feel manageable. I especially want to thank you for your appointment, it was incredibly well-informed and allowed me to feel completely connected and a part of Lily's final journey every single step of the way. Knowing exactly what was happening gave me an immense amount of comfort when I needed it most. Recieving Lily's urn, ashes, hair and nail clippings and fur print back, brought me to tears. Everything was so beautifully and thoughtfully prepared. I can tell how much genuine respect you have for pets in your care and I truly cannot thank you all enough.

from initially calling to them to the collection of my beloved loyal dog of 14 years and return of her ashes the service has been exceptional they even including a couple of items that was totally unexpected even delivery of my dog was so well thought about

Highly recommended = £150+ cheaper than going to my vet for cremation and a better, more dignified service.

The whole process was not too difficult. We received our Dogs ashes back with a lock of hair and a paw print. This was complimentary and that gesture alone struck home to me that he was real and the pain and anguish was our price we all pay for the love we feel towards our pets. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for this. We did not know what to expect from having him cremated but the whole process was handled with professional respect and efficiency and we thank you for this.

Would highly recommend, people who collected Bentley were lovely. Was advised when he had been cremated, and received him back today, in a lovely wooden box with his name, paw print and some of his fur in a glass little trinket, and a letter of condolences. Thank you so much.

My cat slate was taken and cremated and I would like to say that the men who got his body last week is amazing so companionship told me what will happen with my boy slate and I have got my boy home now
