PET CREMATION UK Avis 

I contacted Pet Cremation UK in July 2026 after my beloved cat was diagnosed with cancer. My cat was still alive and fighting for life at the vets. I simply wanted the price of an individual cremation so I could prepare for when the time eventually came.

A man called me back and, despite me clearly explaining that my cat was still alive and seriously ill, told me they also offered euthanasia. I had NOT asked about euthanasia.

When I said my cat was at the vets, I was then told they only carried out collections during the day. Given that euthanasia had just been raised completely unsolicited, I found this incredibly insensitive and upsetting. The conversation left me feeling as though my deeply loved cat was being viewed as a potential transaction rather than a cherished member of my family.

There was no compassion or empathy whatsoever. I was so disgusted by the call that I blocked their number.

I would never entrust my beloved cat to this company and, based on my experience, I could not recommend Pet Cremation UK to anyone.

Losing her has been absolutely heartbreaking, but your support made a devastating time feel manageable. I especially want to thank you for your appointment, it was incredibly well-informed and allowed me to feel completely connected and a part of Lily's final journey every single step of the way. Knowing exactly what was happening gave me an immense amount of comfort when I needed it most. Recieving Lily's urn, ashes, hair and nail clippings and fur print back, brought me to tears. Everything was so beautifully and thoughtfully prepared. I can tell how much genuine respect you have for pets in your care and I truly cannot thank you all enough.

from initially calling to them to the collection of my beloved loyal dog of 14 years and return of her ashes the service has been exceptional they even including a couple of items that was totally unexpected even delivery of my dog was so well thought about

Highly recommended = £150+ cheaper than going to my vet for cremation and a better, more dignified service.

The whole process was not too difficult. We received our Dogs ashes back with a lock of hair and a paw print. This was complimentary and that gesture alone struck home to me that he was real and the pain and anguish was our price we all pay for the love we feel towards our pets. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for this. We did not know what to expect from having him cremated but the whole process was handled with professional respect and efficiency and we thank you for this.

Would highly recommend, people who collected Bentley were lovely. Was advised when he had been cremated, and received him back today, in a lovely wooden box with his name, paw print and some of his fur in a glass little trinket, and a letter of condolences. Thank you so much.

My cat slate was taken and cremated and I would like to say that the men who got his body last week is amazing so companionship told me what will happen with my boy slate and I have got my boy home now

Driver who came to collect was very respectful. Kept updated until she finally arrived back home. In a beautiful keepsake box with extra little touches. 100% would recommend at a very sad and difficult time.

Lost my best friend on the 1st of September rang these guys up they came on the 2nd to collect her kept me informed every step of the way can't thought this company they are brilliant at what they do my dog came back in a box with her name on im very pleased this company looked after my best friend we thank these people for everything

They were very caring they talk to you as if they knew bolt my westie and explain the whole process to me from the moment I spoke to them and they are passionate about their relationship with you and your loved one I know he was getting the best care at such a sad time

Very friendly helpful staff on the phone. Collection available on the day or the next day.
The man who collected her was very nice and respectful.
I could follow her journey via the link sent and we had her ashes back with us within the week
I would definately use this company again for my pets.

They handled both of my ferrets with such care ,far more than I expected.

Absolutely amazing above and beyond i was shocked at the beautiful gift box with fur and I cried and wanted her paw print and didnt think of it until afterwards when I saw it I cried in relief ❤️ is beautiful ❤️ the whole it a was inexpensive too

When my beautiful Layla passed I decided to go with this company they were reasonably priced considering Layla was a bid Dobermann they were very efficient and I recieved an email through every stage of the process 💔 Today I have recieved Layla back in a beautiful wooden box with her name on it with some of her fur and a footprint she is now proudly sat in her favourite place in the lounge Thank-you so much for the care shown towards our beautiful girl and ourselves

When I made the initial call to them the person on the other end was so caring and explained everything to me. I was able to track them picking my boy up from the vets then see his journey with them step by step, even letting me know when the actual cremation had taken place. Delivering him back home again was very quick. When I received him I almost cried because Pet Cremation had gone above and beyond, I received my boys ashes in a lovely bag inside a beautiful box with his name on it, a print of his paw, a lock of his fur in a little glass jar and a little certificate of cremation. It was perfect. Thank you so so much. Highly recommended without a doubt
