PET CREMATION UK Avis

Great service ar such an upsetting time

Fantastic service from making 1st contact at a very sad time. Very helpful and understanding. Kept in touch from the time my little girl was picked up to when she was home. 10 out of 10.

Five stars, nothing else to add.

Amazing experience my boy was treated with such dignity and respect during a difficult time he was returned to me in a beautiful wooden urn with his ashes, some of his fur and his little paw print, would highly recommend

Compassionate, easy no fuss service. It was a hard time losing kitty she had been with us for 18 years! but the whole process was easy and I could track kitty the whole way through her journey. The collection guy was so kind and showed real compassion and love which meant alot!
When kitty came home to us she was in a beautiful little box.
I would highly recommend pet cremation!

Kept us updated every step of the way. The paw print and fur were a lovely touch and the wooden box was lovely. Very pleased

My little Bobbyboy ♥️ died suddenly and I was unwell at the time. It was a Sunday when you can't contact anyone and so I had to wait until Monday morning to contact Pet Cremation UK and they were great. They sent a young courier to collect my Bob by midday and his ashes were returned within the week . I would recommend that anyone use this service. It certainly was a great help to me.

Pet Cremations handle the situation of a loss of a pet with great care and thought. In our case our Pug Violet whom we have had since a puppy thirteen years ago. Her remains have been returned to us in a wooden casket requested which has been thoughtfully engraved together with a piece of her fur and copy footprint, accompanied with a certificate confirming day of cremation.
The loss of a pet can be very harrowing and thank you Pet Cremations in dealing with our loss with sensitivity from collection to return.

The people I spoke to on to phone were very helpful & kind. They picked up my cat pretty quickly & when I got her home I was amazed by how thoughtfully they’d handled her remains. They made a very upsetting time as stress free as possible.

From the moment we were contacted , the compassion and care shown were beyond anything we could have hoped for
Every step was handled with dignity, respect and genuine kindness
The continuous updates and communication meant the world to us and the return of Belle in a beautiful box just summed up the whole experience
I cannot thank you all enough

Amazing service from start to finish. We were kept well informed throughout the process and felt our dog Kaya was treated with respect and dignity. She came back to us today in a beautiful box with a lovely paw print. Many thanks to Pet Cremation uk.

Previously I have dealt with pet cremation via the vet because I didn't know of an alternative.
I was impressed with the ease of making the arrangements and the sympathetic handling.
Thank you

Very professional service. Showed so much compassion at such a sad time for us. Our beautiful cat was delivered back to us in a lovely presented wooden box. Would definitely recommend this company

I cannot praise Pet Cremation UK enough. Not only have they shown such kindness and compassion, but the timely service has been outstanding. They have made a very sad time that much more bearable. Thank you.

Pet cremation was very easy and professional to use in what is an upsetting time. Everything was seamless & the person who came for collection was very understanding to the circumstances. The company was very helpful throughout & would recommend

Thanks for all you did for my beautiful girl Amber.
When dealing with your loved pet at a very emotional time you need a company like this that understands and just does the job you need doing.
My Dog is back home where she belongs and the service was excellent.

Thankyou

With the sudden unexpected death of our cat and with it being bank holiday weekend I honestly didn’t know what to do.. this company called within minutes of me enquiring and sent everything over in an email and our cat was collected the very next day.. we have been updated with everything step by step.. she arrived back home today in such a beautiful package. Thankyou so much everything is absolutely beautiful 🥹. She really has been taken care of in the best way possible x

Making the arrangements for our pet was very straight forward and quick. Done online in a matter of minutes. Collection was next morning and respectfully done. We could track our pets progression via the email link and the projected timings were accurate for the return of the ashes. It might seem a bit odd to describe the return of a loved pets ashes as "well packaged" but they certainly were nicely and respectfully done. Pet Cremations helped to take a lot of stress out of a very sad time for all of us. Highly recommended.

You did everything that you said you would shame you were let down by your return courier
