PET CREMATION UK Avis

With the sudden unexpected death of our cat and with it being bank holiday weekend I honestly didn’t know what to do.. this company called within minutes of me enquiring and sent everything over in an email and our cat was collected the very next day.. we have been updated with everything step by step.. she arrived back home today in such a beautiful package. Thankyou so much everything is absolutely beautiful 🥹. She really has been taken care of in the best way possible x

Making the arrangements for our pet was very straight forward and quick. Done online in a matter of minutes. Collection was next morning and respectfully done. We could track our pets progression via the email link and the projected timings were accurate for the return of the ashes. It might seem a bit odd to describe the return of a loved pets ashes as "well packaged" but they certainly were nicely and respectfully done. Pet Cremations helped to take a lot of stress out of a very sad time for all of us. Highly recommended.

You did everything that you said you would shame you were let down by your return courier

Amazing service, wasn’t at all expecting just how beautiful the box would be with my pickle in. Paw print, fur & ashes for the price is amazing!

Pet Cremation made this sad and sensitive time easier to handle from first contact through to returning him home.

Our beloved Chunky died late in the evening but we was able to make arrangements with Pet Cremation to pick him up the next morning and we was able to follow each stage of the journey through their website which eased any worry we had.

The couriers and staff were very respectful and compassionate and I highly recommend their service.

Thank you Pet Cremation for making this sad and difficult time a little easier to handle.

Helpful and friendly staff, liked being able to track each process and return tracking
The presentation box was lovely too

Pets Cremation U.K have been amazing.
From the moment I made the most heartbreaking call about my beautiful dog, I was treated with kindness, respect and understanding. I know my beloved dog was too. I have been given updates through out my pets journey. Now she is back home.
I really would recommend Pets cremation U.K. They have made the saddest time a little more bearable. Thank you for looking after my Star girl so well.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Had my bunny back today in a beautiful engraved wooden box with some of his fur in a little corked jar and ashes in a grey hessian type bag.
The driver who collected him was so reassuring and kind.
A very respectful and caring service. Thank you!

Very professional, quick to collect your loved one. Their journey through the process is tastefully recorded through the website and when your loved one is delivered back home what you receive feels lovingly personal and of high quality. Though it is a sad, often devastating time to have to use these kind of services I would highly recommend this company after our experience with them. Thank you.

Such a great company to deal with from start to finish
They were compassionate every step of the way, from my first phonecall to arrange cremation to finally receiving Charlie back at home they were the most amazing company to deal with. It made the grieving process a little easier. Highly recommend

The care and respect shown to our very much loved dog Levi was exceptional from start to finish of the process.
We were kept well informed and the tracker was a fantastic way of checking progress.
Levi's ashes were returned to us in a beautiful engraved casket with the extra special touch of a clipping of his hair and a paw print,we wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and would recommend to friends and family.

Both Robert and Daniel, on Shortthorn Road(Norwich), were caring and compassionate with regards to having our little doggy Alfie cremated.
Attentive service and they do really seem to have the owners best interests at heart.
Would 100% recommend them to anybody suffering the loss of a beloved pet.
Top blokes, both of them!!!

Thank you for all your help and understanding .You all made it so much easier a kind word. and so much help. Titch is home in his lovely box thank you xx

From the moment of booking the pet creation service for our beloved dog Micha, on the day she passed, their pet cremation service for her has been handled in a very professional way.

She was picked up the very next day and taken away by a very respectful young lad who handled her, with my partner, very gently away. I asked him how he could do such a job every day, taking away the remains of all the animals. He replied that it brought satisfaction being able to help aid each pet owner, during their time of immense grief. He told us when to expect the ashes back and what memento would be taken of her where possible.

Her ashes arrived this morning, exactly as stated in a most wonderful box. Thank you.

Thank you for the whole process being undertaken with compassion, efficiency and kindness.

Great service

I would highly recommend this company. Our daughter & granchildrens beloved cat passed away whilst they were on holiday abroad. As they had been unable to say goodbye to Polly we used this service so that they were able to have somethinf of her returned to them. Everything was done with compassion and care and we now have Polly's ashes back with us to give to them. Thankyou to Pet Cremation for looking after Polly with great care

Wow. When we received the ashes of our loved dog back I was so impressed and surprised. I'm not going to tell you everything in the package with the ashes - so you can experience the surprise too. Suffice to say, the whole package is a fitting tribute to our beloved little girl. Absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for your empathic note and beautiful tribute. I have already told all I know with a pet, where to go when the saddest day comes. This organisation, unknown to me before, kicks all others into the baseline.

Easy to book
Lots of communication with progress
Ben was collected by a lovely young man .

He was returned home in a lovely wooden casket with his name on with a paw print and his fur .
The whole experience was easy and sympathetic thank you

At a time where I would need the most appropriate service for my loss. This isn't just a company these are real people who care. From the picking up of my loss to the return a very professional service. He was returned in a beautifully presented box. I would highly recommend and will use for my future fur babies. X
