It was so simple to arrange and when we got Vinny back I was overwhelmed by the presentation of his ashes. They came in a lovely box along with a vial that contained some of his fur and a card with his paw print on. This will make for a wonderful lasting memory of our beautiful boy x

This company was very kind and considerate and efficient, they collected our beloved rabbit and were compassionate. When we received her back she was very carefully wrapped and in a beautiful presentation box with some of her fur. Very pleased with the whole process.

I decided to put my trust into pet cremations when my cat passed, even though reviews were A+ I was still anxious but from start to finish I can not fault there service one bit! I have used them again for the second time as my dog passed.. service is outstanding, They ring you within minutes after your online enquiry, and gentleman was very polite and caring and it brought me a lot of comfort. Couriers upon collection were so sweet and thoughtful and was very gentle with my babies. You’re updated with every step of their journey by via text messages and emails assuring a safe and respectful process. Week later my babies were home. I would definitely recommend upgrading to personalised box extras included pieces of their fur and footprint. Highly recommend pet cremation

My cat was collected and returned to me, taking about 2 weeks.
As well as having his ashes safe in a little hessian bag, I also received a clipping of his black and white fur in a little bottle. I have put both safe in black cat urn, which is now on the windowsill, where he spent a lot of his time. I know what is in there and say, 'Good morning,' and 'Good night!'

I had a lot of hope for this company after seeing good reviews - sad to say I’m very disappointed, I paid the maximum amount so I could get my baby boy back to me with his fur and paw print to keep forever, but I didn’t receive any of his fur or paw prints which is really upsetting because now there is nothing I can do about it. I understand it says “where possible” but given he passed very shortly before collection I don’t understand why they couldn’t just shave some of his fur for me to keep. The collection itself of my pet was disappointing, I was told a time early morning which then continued to get pushed back and back and back until late afternoon - this also made it harder because I was just waiting all day and couldn’t do anything else other than wait with my baby for him to be taken. The man who collected my pet was kind and reassuring, but my pet was placed loosely in a box and I hate to think of the state of him when he arrived back at the crematorium. I am mostly just absolutely devastated that all I have of my boy is a tiny bag of his ashes and a box with his name on. It just feels so empty, I was expecting parts of him to be in there that remind me of him before he was just ash. I now wish I had taken some of his fur myself and done his prints before he was collected, as now this is something I will never get.

It was nice not to have to travel to a vets to use a cremation service and then collect after. The presentation of everything that came is lovely. Beautiful box

Was happy with the service the vet was good also the person who collected our fudge was very good, then we had fudges ashes delivered back to us and he was in a lovely box with his name on couldn't fault this company thank you.

From start to finish, excellent service. Our Labrador, Hector, was collected from the most compassionate and caring driver. He gave us time to see off our beloved pet and reassured us that he would be taken care of. The tracking system shared Hector’s journey and provided a step by step of his cremation. Very compassionate service I was kept up to date at all times. My little dogs ashes arrived home in a wooden engraved box with fur clippings, a paw print and keyring for her ashes. It made a sad time a little bit easier. I would highly recommend Pet Cremation UK

After my beloved cat, Eko, passed away very suddenly at home I didn't know where to turn and came across Pet Cremation UK, after filling in a quote online a lovely gentleman called me straightaway and was very patient and comforting while we discussed the options available. Once I had arranged collection I was kept up to date all of the way through the process. APC brought my boy home, his ashes were packaged in a really lovely engraved box, complete with a small jar of his fur, a paw print, a keyring urn to put some of his ashes in and a certificate of his cremation. During a really emotional time Pet Cremation made everything that little bit easier and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who may need their services, they took great care of my fur baby.

When the time came to say goodbye to our beloved dog Bertie, Pet Cremation were magnificent. Both the vet and the man who came to collect Bertie were so kind, respectful and patient. We were kept upto date every step of the way and today we received Bertie’s ashes in a beautiful box with his name on it, along with his paw print and some of his fur. The chance to say goodbye to Bertie at home and in a way that wasn’t rushed and was so sensitive and kind, made a terrible time so much easier for us. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Excellent and compassionate care! We were devastated by the unexpected loss of our dog and had the hard task of finding what to do next. I came across pet cremation and was impressed with their clear pricing and options available. They picked up our little dog “Kevin” and kept us updated on what was happening to him. They also let us know when he would be back home. This was quite emotional and we were impressed by the lovely engraved wooden box, also Kevin footprint and a bottle of his fur. It was so sad but so lovely!
