PET CREMATION UK Avis

This was an extremely heartbreaking situation, Pet Cremation was amazing from start to finish. The vet was friendly, compassionate, professional and very caring to our elderly dog. The young man who escorted Frank to be cremated was lovely, caring and compassionate. He wrapped him and handed him gently to the van. Frank was delivered back today in a beautiful engraved box with keepsakes also enclosed. Wonderful service, kept informed from start to finished by email/ texts/ tracking. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️

Pet Cremation Was Professional And Helpful.
Everything went smoothly considering what I went through and I’m grateful for their service and for the wonderful memorial box that they created for my fur baby. Thank you for your support and understanding at the most dificulte time of my life.

They came on time and returned the remains in a very nice box with a sample of feathers and the bird's name on the box. My daughter, whose bird it was, was very pleased. They were also happy to rearrange delivery times.

I could not be more satisfied with this company's service.
The whole sad experience was treated with dignity and respect.
Thank you.

Everything handled with great care and very professional - Beautiful casket and perfectly laid out - Process from start to finish excellent

Extremely happy with the service provided, Ezra's ashes were returned in a beautifully presented box.
I would without hesitation recommend you organisation to anyone who has lost their beloved pet

They are not even worth one star my beautiful darling pooch came back in a cardboard box a shoebox and a wicker bag with a little sign saying thank you yellow paper sign saying thank you no respect no empathy no nothing I didn’t even get no certificate no fur I didn’t even get a paw print . Absolutely disgraceful service absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves I am livid. Disgusting behaviour and service no compassion whatsoever just a money making scheme

One thing that made your service great was the attention that you paid to Freddie. Thank you .

Fantastic service I’ve used them for both my pet rabbits lovely box/urn they come back in with a lovely little glass bottle for the fur and a keepsake paw keychain , nice little bag that the ashes are in , highly recommend this company x

My daughter was dealing with this, they were really busy. But got it sorted really quickly, about 2 weeks & my boy was back with me. The stuff we received was excellent & lovely for memories

lost my fur baby RUBY to an R.T.A .had her since she was 6 weeks old until she was 8 .im so glad i chose pet cremation .They kept me up to date every step of the way ..They made me a paw print and saved me some fur .They took care of her for me until we were reunited ..i would highly recommend Pet cremation ..THANKYOU SO MUCH from a heart broken fur baby momma 💔😿

Pet cremation took care of our beautiful beloved cat Ozzy, he was back with us in less than 2 weeks, the price was very reasonable, we opted for the engraved box which is beautiful and came with a glass bottle for his fur and a beautiful little urn incase we wanted some his ashes put in, a certificate and paw print, he was delivered by courier, the only negative thing I could say which I felt was a little impersonal was when they pick him up we carried carried him out which was our choice but then we had to place him in a plastic box which the driver could have taken him and waited till we had gone in before placing him in it, however I would really recommend using them

Pet cremations treated us and Patches with love and respect at all times. You reassured us from the start he would be looked after and he was.
He was looked after from collection to him being returned to us.
On collection I was allowed to say my last goodbye and leave a teddy with him so he wasn't alone.
When he was returned to us I wasn't sure what I was expecting I thought he was just going to be in a box. He was in beautiful personalised box with a lock of his hair and a foot print which I wasn't expecting but touched my heart.
Thank you pet cremations.

Excellent service from start to finish. Was kept informed for the whole journey. Lovely keepsake in box which was amazing. Collection driver Steve was brilliant.

Amazing service, I love the engraved box.

From the time of booking right the way through the whole process it was a very professional service.
From the people taking the booking, the vet, the collection driver I couldn't fault any of them.
My girl Abby, a german shepherd went peacefully without any stress of going to the vet. I also didn't have to be the one walking away and leaving her. Instead I got a short time alone with her to say goodbye at home before she was collected.
I wouldn't ever do it any other way now.
Definitely recommend Pet Cremation Uk

Fantastic same day service collecting my dog after she died during the night. The driver was very kind too, handled her with loving care and had time to chat with my partner.

I received the ashes today and it is presented so beautifully it made me cry. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend this company - a very personal service and much nicer than going via a vet surgery.

Amazing company from start to finish. Unbelievable customer service. Thanks for taking care of our Charlie. Cannot recommend them enough

Compassion, expert vet, time to spend after procedure, not rushed, your pet is treated with care and respect and in your own home, so no stress. It is surprisingly priced which makes it more affordable that the traditional method. Your pet is returned speedily in a memory box which is tasteful.

After receiving the devastating news my cat had passed in the night and was in the local vets I looked online for options a few details later and a lovely lady called and asked if I needed any help with arrangements I asked if I could speak to my husband and get back to her no problem no pushing for a sale just her condolences and the information I needed a few hours later I called back booked the service was given a tracking page to use the collection was the next day I was kept up to date with the collection time the driver called 30 mins prior to arrival on arrival he was very professional and didn’t rush us as a family he explained what would happen and loving placed my cat in the van safe and secure I was then able to follow the process on the tracking app so was updated when he arrived and once the cremation took place I have received my cat home today and the package was beautifully put together I would 100% recommend the service I feel my pet was cared for at every step and returned home safely
