They collected my mum’s dog the same day he passed after I made an online enquiry. They kept me up to date on the process via their web page then delivered him back to us in a beautiful box with a lock of his hair and his paw print. It really is beautiful and the service was outstanding. Thank you x

I never, ever leave reviews, but I honestly felt like I had to make an exception for Pet Cremation UK.

From the moment I contacted them, right through to collecting and returning my bunny, everyone was incredibly kind, compassionate and understanding. They took such good care of her during what was an incredibly difficult time for me.

The tracking system was really reassuring, as I could see where she was in the process, and when I had a question, it was answered so quickly.

When she came home, the presentation of her ashes was absolutely beautiful. Her box was engraved with her name, her fur was carefully kept inside, and her ashes were placed in a beautiful bag within the box. Everything was done with so much care.

I genuinely can't recommend Pet Cremation UK enough. They made an awful experience just that little bit easier, and I’m so grateful for how beautifully they looked after my girl. ❤️

We were so impressed when we opened the box to find such thoughtful items such as a sample of Mia’s hair, and paw print, as well as a keyring for ashes. Totally unexpected, and much appreciated.

From the very first phone call they were caring and considerate with the situation.
They explained everything clearly, the processes available and costs.
They collected our pet the very same day and were very professional throughout.

Our pet has returned in a very well presented box with his name on it. There is also a key ring and a little pot which allows to to take some of his ashes with you.

Highly recommend them to deal with a very emotional and upsetting situation.

The pick up of my beloved pet was quick and the gentleman who collected him was so kind and considerate. I was kept up to date as matters progressed. I did feel return of his ashes took longer than expected, however when he did return he came in a lovely casket Overall I would definitely use Pet Cremation UK again

Sent a ginger cat fir cremation got black fur back in the box. Called, emailed got giver the run around, told how "were taking this seriously" then never got back to me. Poor service and I don't even know if I got my boy back or some random asjlhes from a bbq

Whilst Pet Cremation were able to pick up our Hamster quickly, which I think is important, the guy who collected him arrived and all I could hear was him banging containers out the back of the van, onto the ground. He was obviously sorting out a container for our hamster to go in but it just felt very undignfied and disrespectful the amount of noise he was making. He knocked on the door, he didn't say much but just put the container on the front doorstep. I just felt that there was a degree of tact missing.
They kept us informed of what was happening to our pet at every step. But when the ashes were returned there was no fur clipping or paw prints included, which they say they will try to do (cannot guarantee). Instead we had a keyring with instructions on how to put some of the ashes into the keyring ourselves. The keyring is cheap looking.
We were informed of when to expect our pet to be returned but he was delivered without any care and thrown onto our front door step like a package from Amazon.
You don't lose a pet every day, and I appreciate that they might use a courier company to return ashes but you can print on the packaging to keep it facing upwards and to treat carefully or have a contract with a delivery company that they treat the ashes in a respectful way.

Sorry I won't be using this company again. If it were a human, they wouldn't get away with it.

Also when you first click on Trustpilot the most recent reviews come up, BUT if you click on the 1 star reviews, there are SO SO MANY bad reviews. If I had done this at first I probably wouldn't have gone with them.

Really beautiful and attentive service and packaging

Absolutely amazing company from pick up to delivering our boys home. I was unlucky enough to loose my car and dog in the same month. Pet cremations sent my Luther home in a beautiful box and took the time to do some lovely extras for us to keep to remember him. My benji came today I was not in but they turned around and came back for me. Can’t recomend more.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Pet Cremations UK for the kindness, compassion and care you showed us during Tilly’s final moments. Losing her was incredibly heartbreaking, but you made such a difficult time a little easier with your understanding and gentle support. Thank you for treating Tilly with such dignity and respect. The box tilly came home in was lovely. We will always be grateful. ❤️🐾

Sadly had to use Pet Cremation UK again, this time for my sweet Feodora. She was collected quickly and I was kept up to date every step of the way. Andrew collected her and showed great empathy and compassion, even asking if I wanted to send her on with a favorite toy. Many people wouldn't even understand ferrets would have that, but Andrew didn't minimise her and it meant the world because she will always be so important to me. We shared stories about our animals and I knew she was in kind hands. Feodora was back home within a week, in a beautifully presented box the same as her brother Ferdi was last year. Now they are up to mischief somewhere beautiful <3

I cannot thank you enough for taking care of my beloved Bailey. It was straightforward from the start to the return of her ashes in a beautiful engraved casket. I would highly recommend this company to care for your deceased pet at such a dreadful time.

Our cat murphy passed away 2 weeks ago tomorrow we didnt know what to do i found out about this company in Google.they we're so kind and compassionate when I spoke to them.they sent a lovely man out to take our murphys body the same day to get cremated.they let us know every step of their journey with our beloved fur baby through the tracking. Which made our grief a lot more bearable. Today we received his ashes a cutting of his fur and murphys paw print.in a beautiful box engraved and also a mini urn keyring where you can put some of the ashes.they went beyond and above to help us thank you very much for a great service very much appreciated x

Is was great to see my pet brought back to me in such a nice box with a meaningful message. I was crying tears of joy when I was opening the box to see my beloved Trevor treated so well and the mini urn that came with will always be with me so I love that. Overall the company is great and they do great things for people in hard times. It was very easy to sort out when I was very upset so thank you to pet cremation for helping me find my way and get my pet cremated and back in my arms.

Pet Cremation was absolutely amazing and I could not recommend enough. From start to finish I was kept up to date. The collection of Kilo was done so respectfully and there was no hurry I was given time to say goodbye. The box I received with kilos ashes was just such a beautiful touch and I would defo recommend. thank you Pet Cremation for being so respectful to my boy and for just being so caring.
