This company has been amazing in such a heartbreaking time of my life when I lost my 14 year old cat Lola, who was still very healthy and beautiful, by a car accident. Their service was very prompt, they came to pick her up in the morning and kept me posted about when they would deliver the ashes. I then realised they might be delivering when I'm away and emailed them to ask if they can keep her a few days longer and deliver her when I'm back. They replied the same day and were very understanding and accommodating. Thank you Pet Cremation and everyone who was involved in the process. Lola's mum is more calm as well since she is with us. Thank you for taking care of Lola and sending her back to us safely. Loved the personalised box, post card, paw print and a bit of her furr for a memory.

The man that picked up Flossy.Was very nice.He put me at ease bye talking to us about what was going to happen to Flossy.He let me hold her before he took her.He did,nt rush me.And when i got her ashes back.They were presented in a lovely box with her ashes and a paw print and a little urn to put them in.Thank you.x

I've had no problems with this service and was worried if I was doing the right thing, I feel this company was genuine and respectful during this sad time.
He returned nicely presented in wooden box with name on it, paw print, fur clipping and little keyring.most definitely would recommend

From start to finish they were absolutely amazing keeping me up to date every step of the way. The gentleman that come to collect my boy Kilo showed so much respect and compassion and had all the time in the world. The upgrade for the box was the best touch so beautiful would definitely recommend to others to do this. Thank you Pet Cremation for showing my Kilo such love care respect and dignity.

I can promise with hand on heart that Pet Cremation UK will help anyone that is going through the sad time I have loosing my little cuddle partner Scrappy of 17 years with every detail in the collection and process of getting him respectfully cremated and brought back home in a beautiful teak looking box with a heartfelt condolence message from the team and he is now resting in peace in his favourite place , in the lounge window bay. A very difficult time was made so much easier by the compassionate care and service offered by Pet Cremation UK. The driver who collected our beloved cat, Hector, was so kind, gentle and understanding; we knew he was in safe hands.
The ashes were returned in a beautiful wooden box with some fur and a pawprint. I would thoroughly recommend this service to any bereaved pet owner.

We've been unfortunate enough to lose two canine friends this year and Pet Cremations have been amazing both times.
Employees are compassionate and understanding, and communication and updates are clear and helpful.
The presentation and obvious care taken with the remains is so comforting.
The package this time had obviously been carelessly handled by APC as the branded box is scuffed and dented despite bubble wrap and clear labelling, and with our previous dog the courier walked up the drive swinging the package like it was a handbag but that is not the fault of Pet Cremations UK and I've left feedback for APC themselves.

Thank you for looking after our much loved puss, Jessie, after he died suddenly and without warning in June this year. We were heart broken and in shock. It was during the heat wave, and we had nowhere to cool to store the body. Pet Cremation UK collected the body next day - even though he died late on a Friday, and we thought we'd have to wait till the following Monday. The man who came to collect was lovely and treated Jessie with respect and took some time with us, reassuring us.
We received the ashes back within three weeks. We'd opted for a plain casket - which turned out to be a simple, but beautiful, bamboo box, with Jessie's name on the lid - very tastefully done. We did not want the paw print or fur clipping, but received the mini urn - which was of good quality. All in all a very good service. Thank you so much, and we will recommend Pet Cremation UK to others.

Very kind and compassionate service.
Our vet got held up due to a car issue so was later than anticipated, but tracker was updated regularly and the office team called to apologise.
Collection team very respectful and efficient.
Fantastic communication - only improvement I would recommend is that the tracker differentiate the vet team to the collection team,as I wasn't sure when it said 'driver' who was being referred to.

From start to finish I was kept updated where my fur baby was. Thank you for taking care of him. He's now home in his safe place ♥️

They were very professional while dealing with a sad moment they said they would be here at a certain time and they were actually early and the updates and then the final receiving the ashes back was brilliant.

From pick up to delivery, the service provided was supreme. Made the grieving process much easier. My animal was handled with respect and dignity
