Redemption issues
I have played on dimesweeps for a lil while now along with its sister sights and have had to do a 2nd verification on this one and another one . Ok well I teued cashing out 1800 5 days ago now and have got a ton of run around. I have redeemed before with quickness but now cant seem to get my money. They have had my fiance verify her account because we use the same internet and then they tried tk get her to verify her account twice. What the hell is going on witb dimesweeps. They falsely advertise instant redemptions along with all of the other stuff about no delays and whatnot. Even the people im messaging are saying they have no clue as of now why j am not getting paid and if it were up to them I would have gotten my money by now. They need to change their advertising big time. Makes me and others I have told not want to ever play there again.

DON'T TRUST THEM
The first few times I won redemption was instant. Brutally those were less than $200. Then I won $1,200. I submitted my redemption for ,$1000. After 5 hours and a huge run around I asked if I can cancel so I could submit a smaller amount. I then submitted for 300. After waiting 4 more hours I was told they canceled it and added it back to my balance which had already been played down to zero. They absolutely did not. Dimesweeps you can save your ridiculous response accepting no responsibility and shifting the blame on the customer. Read the responses they give they are all the same.

Someone else opened an account and they verified the account yet dimesweeps claims I opened multiple accounts!! UPDATE: They banned my account and REFUSED MY payout!!! My grandmother and I both have an account and we share a name BOTH Accounts were verified by each of us and they claim I had multiple accounts!!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!!!ITS A SCAM!!!! If you win big they don’t pay out!!!! Don’t play save your money because you can’t win or cash out!!! Waiting, waiting and waiting on redemptions!! I had a redemption of $2500 mind you I spent well over $400 to get this and they had no problem taking my money instantly!!! I have verified all information, with photo id, and id of me holding my payment card/ card used to purchase and yet I sit with nothing. Their customer service keeps saying oh wait to hear from complaisance, times are taking a little longer because of high volumes, and so on! They DO NOT email back either!!! Their image, claims, and everything that "sells" this site - is based upon operating "INSTANTANEOUSLY", WITH EASE AND EFFICIENCY... AND CONSISTENTLY ENOUGH TO DECLARE THIS AS THEIR STANDARD. DISPLAY IT ON THE FRONT PAGE.ADVERTISE, MARKET, BRAND, AND FORM THEIR IMAGE UPON THIS PRINCIPLE OF providing ev3ry gamblers dream; hassle-free, delay-free, always rapidly, if not immediately, redeeming. They sell the lie we all want to eagerly believe could be true, potentially. . . That somewhere would relinquish our funds in the timely manner we prefer. They sell this lie and adorn it as truth as "who they are" and what they "uphold" and what "makes" them.
Just like the rest of em, they lie. They do not execute efficiency for customer satisfaction. They bait us with exactly what we wanna hear, trick us into trusting they embody our ideal place to place. So that we will repeatedly buy into their schemes.all the while deceiving us and playing on the different meanings instant could posess. And only being instant when it is less inconvenient for them, not as a standard procedure as they aim for you to believe they do. So play here if you are ok with cashing out the minimum. But dont expect big bucks without a fuss. Customer satisfaction is not their goal. Integrity means nothing here. Just like the rest of em, profit is their only concern. And they will lie extensively, and subtly, at any expense to keep your confidence in them... but the instant you expect them to produce the results they claim, when you want to withdraw a larger amount, they suddenly drop all that they say they are and give you nothing but excuses and delays.
