Scammers! Put a heat pump in my boiler when a heat pump want the issue. Charged me £1200 then disappeared.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Complete scammers. First thing to know is that they were fraudulently listing themselves under another company’s name — I read that company’s reviews and hired this one thinking they were the same company. I first called to have them deal with a problem with my radiators, which I knew would involve thoroughly cleaning them, primarily the surfaces. The company sent out Dimi and his team, and I explained the problem. They told me it would cost £1200, but they couldn’t do the job right then because they’d need to order cleaning fluid. They told me they still needed to take half that payment right then (£600). They promised to come back the next day to actually do the job, and that they’d call me in the morning tell me when they’d arrive. No one called the next morning, and when I called the company to ask where they were, no one seemed to know. In short, over the next three days, the job was pushed a total of six times, I was repeatedly told they’d show up within a few hours but they didn’t, and the original plumber Dimi never once called me himself to give me an ETA. As expected, the problem is not resolved, and I spent a total of £1200 for them to do nothing to resolve the original issue. I’ve called twice to speak to their manager and have been promised a call back both times, but have never heard from him or anyone else on the management team. Currently they’re listed as “Temporarily Closed” and their number does not seem to be working. Apparently this is because, again, they were advertising themselves under another company’s name without that company’s approval. I would strongly advise staying far away from them and using a different company. Unethical crooks.

We had a sink problem in our restaurant that had been ongoing for almost two years. After calling out two different plumbers who couldn’t fix it, we finally tried Dimi. He was the only one who managed to get to the bottom of the issue and sort it properly. He was professional, respectful, and easy to deal with. The sink has been working fine since, and we’re very relieved to finally have it fixed.

TO be avoided, when I phoned I was informed the cost would be £182 to flush my radiators. The engineer would be arriving in +/- one and a half hours (this was not a emgency call out but a service) Six hours later engineers arrived and on inspection they said they needed to remove all the radiators (six) to flush them manually, I asked what the price for this would be and was informed that it was at the same price as I was quoted . Well three hours later the radiators had been flushed and there was still no inprovement to their efficiency and was given a final bill of £780.00. When i queried the total and asked for the invoice to check the figures I was informed that I will recieve the invoice via e-mail once the payment went through. Well Four days and approx twenty phone calls later I am still waiting for my invoice so I can see the breakdown of the final cost.
As I sit writting this review I have tried in vain to get any further, Yesterday I was put through to the "manager" who said that he would make sure I recieved my invoice but obviosly due to charging an exorbitant amount they do not want to supply me with this.
I would definately sugest you avoid these rip off merchants.

I received a prompt phone call after I applied for a plumber to fix my heating.
We established it was not an emergency
Dimi was polite and organised booked me an appointment within a few days
He arrived on time and quickly solved the problem with my heating.
He is very experienced at his job and caring at getting the problem solved for you as soon as possible.
I highly recommend as a company.
I am very happy with the service I received. I will be using the company again should I need them in the future.

Had an issue called the plumbers dealt with quick and clear on the phone they said 1-1.5 hours turned up on the dot looked at the job confirmed a repair time and turned up bang on time both lads really helpful and polite clean and professional British Gas could learn alot for both their service and customer service ...

Had a leak from kitchen sink and had a large puddle made. I called Dimiemergecyplumbing and he came within 30 minutes and fixed the issue. He explained the cause and sorted it for me. No complaints and would definitely recommend for plumbing jobs

Contacted these RIP off merchants as I had a problem with my central heating.
2 of the Heating radiators were not heating up at the top
Was informed that the issue was probably down to sludge that was not allowing the hot water to flow.
We agreed a price of £550 and for this they would take all 10 Radiators of their fittings and flush them our.
The following morning (2 hours after the agreed time) this lot started taking of the Radiators. After the 4 one they informed me that the problem was down to a 2 post zone valve that was not working. They informed me that to replace this would cost a further £350.
I was of course not happy with this but proceded and requested a receipt for the purchased part. Half an hour or so latest they turned up and gave me a receipt from Sittingbourne Toolstation for £91.44. I raised this with these lot and asked why they were charging me £350 when the part was only costing £91.44. There response was because they can and that they had to fit it.
I was of course not happy with this and explained to them that I was Ex Police and I was fully aware of the RIP Off cons that company's like Dimi Emergency carried out. I informed them that I would be paying the agreed £550 and also £91.44 for the replacement part.
At just after 3pm the had finished !!
I asked why they had not flushed out the other 6 Radiators; there response was that they did not need to be flushed as the heating problem was now resolved.
They then produced to me ( Via Email attachments) a total bill for £900.
I again told them I would not be paying this and proceeded and payed what was agreed.
At just after 3pm they had left my property. Yes the issye had been sorted but even at £550 for a little of 3 hours work I felt uncomfortable.
Have started the procedure of reporting these Cowboys. PLEASE FO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE .

I own several rental flats, and about 10 days ago, I had a major leak. I called Dimi Emergency Plumbing, and they showed up within an hour! I was so impressed with their quick response that I called them back the next day for more plumbing work. I also hired them to do a full bathroom fitting.

We can’t recommend Dimi highly enough! He truly saved our bacon when we had not one, but two major leaks at one of our rented properties. From the moment he arrived, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly flexible with how we needed to manage the situation.

We recently had a new bathroom installed, along with new plumbing and a boiler, by Dimi Emergency Plumbing in our flat. After some bad experiences in the past with other tradespeople, we were looking for a reliable and professional team and Dimi Emergency Plumbing exceeded our expectations.

Their staff were experienced, hardworking, and highly professional. They provided excellent customer service, were always on time, and were both knowledgeable and friendly throughout the project. We’re very happy with the results and would fully recommend them to anyone in need of quality plumbing work.

£1600 invoiced for the leaking condensation boiler cup after agreed £600 +£180 for 1 extra details.

Apparently they “forgot” to mention the cost of work and replaced 2 details instead of clearly communicated 1 though these details were not critical at all.

I wanted to believe that it was a mistake and asked to refund at least £500 (half of extra charge). Their co-owner who was during the visit, promised to do this. He asked to give few weeks for compensation and stopped replying for calls or messages.

If it wouldn’t be a deliberate overcharge, they would compensate part of this as agreed.

£1000 overcharges is way beyond any professional ethics as well as stop replying after confirming the refund.
