Very good service, had a massive flood in my room. Sorted the issue at 3am in the morning. Life saver, very friendly and kind. Thank you.

Thanks so much for sticking with me to sort out what we initially thought was going to be a replacement boiler and ended up being a really complicated replacement of leaking pipes and replacement of a very old heating system. They didn’t give up on working out how to fix it and were cheerful and helpful at all times. Thanks

Avoid at all costs! If not, you’ll be conned out of your hard earned money. I was charged what equates to £900 an hour for an hour and a half’s ’work.’ When asking for the majority of my money returning ( not all,) an invoice and breakdown of costs and charges, I was told repeatedly that I’d have to take him to court and that he’d paid his older £400 ( which is more than I paid to have the job properly done by two other professionals in two hours.) The justification was that the other person had mouths to feed, as if that made it alright. He’ll respond to this with lies but please read other reviews before even considering employing, we’re not all wrong!

Avoid at all cost SCAMARTISTS

My poor mum got robbed in plain daylight by these horrible men, they turned up for a drainage job asked for £1250 upfront and was only there an hour and said they’d come back and finish the job the next day as it was dark but to tell her it’ll be an extra £1400 on top of the £1250!! my mum called her friend who is a plumber and was told the job should of cost £400 as the most, he rang up these scumbags and they lied and said theyd only charge £150 an hour and hung up the phone; now refusing to pay my mum back the money (as the job wasn’t even completed) she even afford them to keep £300 as a gesture of goodwill but nope they are refusing to refund and of course didn’t show up to finish the job the next day absolutely scumbags do not use avoid at all costs.

(To reply to his lieing comment he told my mum he was 15 minutes away and was not there for 2 hour and a half hours! And even if you work out all the hours you said you did, you still overcharged my mum by £400!) you robbing thief’s ! If you unblocked the drain then why would you need to come back the next day? Make it make sense? And to read your other reviews it’s not the first time this has happened! How can you sleep at night?)

Very reliable. Very efficient. Very professional!
Great workmanship!

Good service , professional and very pleasant experience . Replaced my pump , gave it all a clean , replaced a few bits and got my heating up and running . Very happy to recommend Dimiemergencyplumbing247

Our mains pipe to our bathroom basin broke & the flexi pipe blew a hole at midnight, our stopcock had also stopped working. They were the fastest to respond & fixed the leak pretty quickly with minimal damage to the bathroom. Of course, it was expensive due to the time of it, but that did catch us off guard a bit.

We did have a little issue with the delays/timings for the follow up work because they couldn’t get the part - we ended up waiting in the whole weekend - but they did come and finish the job.

I’ve been using Dimi Emergency Plumbing for over five years, and they’ve always provided excellent service. Recently, they installed a Combi boiler and a cylinder at two of my properties. They’ve done a lot of plumbing work for me over the years, and I can’t recommend them enough. The team is friendly, hardworking, and committed to building their business while delivering fantastic results. Highly recommended!

The good bits: they said they would turn up and they did (better than the last two who didn't). Friendly and fast working. Sorted the problem in 30 mins.

The bad bits: £282 for 30 mins work (not including the £72 call out charge) seems very steep.

So, like the Bugatti, really good but really, really expensive.

5 star reviews for this company. Please tell me how. The claim to of done the work on my mums boiler in the early hours of the morning so I got a local company out to check the boiler and it turns out Dimi didn’t do any of the work they said they did. I have photographic evidence and a written report to back this up. Luckily my mum is getting her money back through the bank. Please please please avoid this rip off scamming company. Like I said my mums been lucky and getting her money back but the next person might not be soo lucky.

We had a blocked drainage issue affecting two bathrooms and came across Dimi Emergency Plumbing. After contacting them, they arrived within an hour and completed the job—unblocking and cleaning the pipes—within two hours. The team was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you so much!

We had a leak in our flat last night and needed a plumbing company urgently. We came across Dimi Emergency Plumbing and decided to contact them. They arrived within 45 minutes and quickly fixed the leak. The team was professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much, guys! I highly recommend them.

Call the Team out on a Sunday evening, arrived within a hour with good communication. Told me what they need to do and the fixed cost and just did it.

Dimi Emergency Plumbing provided quick, efficient, and friendly service during a difficult situation. It's especially reassuring that they responded within an hour, worked late into the night, and fixed the leak so effectively. Your positive experience, particularly the reliability and professionalism of the team, will surely help others who need urgent plumbing assistance.

After struggling with a severe drainage block for over 5 weeks, I had two different plumbers come out to fix it. Unfortunately, each time, the blockage returned within days.

Not only was he professional and efficient, but he also managed to fully unblock the drain. It's been 7 days now, and the water is still running smoothly with no signs of the previous issue coming back. Dimi’s expertise and thorough approach were exactly what I needed.

I highly recommend Dimi to anyone who needs a reliable and skilled plumber.

Friendly team, done great job and help us a lot.

Dimi was great, attentive and quick. He did a thorough job and explained the issue very clearly. He was very much appreciated during an emergency, super reliable engineer. Will be contacting him again for any future jobs.

Polite, respectful workers, left my bathroom clean and tidy after the work had been completed.

Two plumbers arrived same day to fix a leaky pipe. Promptly identified the source of blockage and worked over a couple of hours to clean out boiler filter and waste pipes from kitchen machines. Good communication, friendly service and offered useful advice to prevent any recurrence. Paid fixed price, rather than hourly rate. They have promised to return to straighten a screw fitting on filter housing (not causing a leak)
