She is professional, reliable, clearly knows her products, listens to what I’m looking for and takes time to talk me through what’s available as well as giving me suggestions for trying other products - based on things she knows I like. I’ve known Tracy (893) for a number of years now and she’s always been friendly and accommodating when it comes to scheduling a visit. Products are excellent, love the chicken selection and there’s always something on the menu that will suit all tastes. Love it when she pops round in the Summer where she’ll have a great stock of BBQ food which always goes down a treat with the family. I always have a chit chat with Tracy whenever she pops round and wholly recommend her and the selection of foods on offer.

Great food, great service
We love the consistently tasty, top quality food from DSD, which Tracy 893 has been delivering to us for many years now. She knows our favourites but is very knowledgeable about the range of products and is always happy to spend time showing me alternatives- we’ve loved her suggestions. Tracy’s never pushy, always lets me know when she’s coming - and she’s such a lovely person her visits brighten my day! Great food, great service.

Reliable quality and outstanding customer care.
We’ve been buying from Dining Solutions for years now, and the quality has always been fantastic. Tracy (893) is incredibly helpful when it comes to choosing what to try next. We usually order a real mix — spare ribs, fish, chicken, mince — and we’ve even enjoyed the puddings too.
