I like the large pictures of the meal and the instructions are easy to follow. If there is a problem with the quality of the food, I can report it and get a credit right away.
Dinners are well thought out and very good. Delivery is always prompt, portions are generous. I know prices are going up but sill seems a good value.
I tried all the food subscription deals. I did two weeks of dinnerly and it was the smallest portions. They claim it's two, but it didn't even satisfy one serving. To make matters worse, I cancel... Voir plus

I like the convenience and simplicity of the recipes, but the quality has really gone downhill lately. I’ve received moldy food, opened and leaking meat (at least once a month, often more), ingredients were missing, and I’ve had boxes just not show up, or show they show up late. My previous box had moldy cheese, a rotten potato, and a missing spice packet. My current box had everything thrown into the bottom of a large cardboard box (instead of a small box inside of a large box) and the chicken package had ripped open and was leaking. Dinnerly was really good at first but the past few months have been terrible.

I like that the ingredients are provided but I have several times had missing ingredients and the protein quality has not been good. Very fatty..
Missing items. Inconsistent ingredients and menu cards with directions. Missed delivery times with no reason why. Menu is repetitive. Some items from the market are expensive.

Long time customer. Got this request for feedback at a pretty bad time because the last two weeks I have had with Dinnerly have been the worst experience. Two weeks ago box was late and meat was all too warm to use. This week the website said my box was delivered but Fedex's tracking says it was unable to be delivered and I didn't get it. I am now have no food and my credit card has been charged. The phone number is not answered and every email response is an autoresponse email. Won't be a customer for long if this doesn't get fixed asap.

I really love the food options that Dinnerly offers and their pizzas you make at home are so delicious.
The prices are really economical and I do enjoy that they keep the prices down. I also like that Dinnerly offers other options such as desserts and breakfast items. It’s very easy to get in touch with their customer service reps and if your items are ever running late, they always send you an email to let you know ahead of time if something is wrong, they are very fair with you and will give you a refund.
Dinnerly and Marley Spoon can’t seem to figure out how to properly package their boxes for moderate summer heat. I’ve had to throw away three full boxes (6 meals each) due to the box being packed without the proper packing materials and enough ice packs to ensure everything is delivered at a safe temperature. Imagine buying chicken at the store that’s room temperature, that’s what they’ve been delivering. I think part of their problem is FedEx — they simply do not handle these packages properly. I’ve recommended Dinnerly and Marley Spoon to so many people, and everyone is experiencing the same issues I’ve experienced over the past month. It’s very sad because we’ve absolutely loved everything about them, and have depended on the service because it makes my life so easy living in a rural area without a decent grocery store. I cannot recommend them at this time.
Hopefully the team they have that monitors these posts doesn’t reply with their generic answer. The fact is they’ve moved everything to their new state-of-the-art facility in Newark, NJ, but they went with the lowest bidder (FedEx) to distribute their product nationwide. If I were an executive at Marley Spoon, I’d be handing out pink slips left and right, and I’d negotiate the best deal possible with UPS. I’d pay $5 more a week for delivery from UPS.

I love using your meal kits. It gives me variety to my usually repetitive meals. I also like the fact I get the just right amount of ingredients.i I like that I can skip boxes when needed. I’ve been a member for several years.
I’ve sent three emails in the last week about my orders being wildly screwed up and haven’t gotten a response.

In the beginning it was nice enjoying the variety of dinners offered. After 3 weeks the meals felt like the same meals. Most of the sides provided are rice, potatoes, and a pasta. The fresh produce, especially the tomatoes are sub-par. It is convenient having all the ingredients available after a long work day.

I’ve used Dinnerly for over 5 years now. The ingredients are of excellent quality and I’ve had the opportunity to cook some wonderful meals for myself and others over the years.
Though there are occasionally issues with packaging or shipping, the process for requesting refunds has been incredibly seamless and Dinnerly is responsive when things go awry.
I’ve tried to come up with an alternative system for cooking dinners that matches the quality and variety of Dinnerly, and it is simply unmatched.
I like how they pack all the groceries. You get a sense of freshness when opening the box. Recipes are easy to follow and the majority pretty good. I will like to be able to remove some ingredients as I like it but without certain things as my kids don’t like them. But overall so far, I like it better than Hungryroots.
All the recipes are easy and great tasting.
Sometimes it is nice to have a meal planned out for you, with all (most) ingredients provided, so you can just cook and eat.
Meals are easy to prepare and usually tasty.
Fresh produce is lacking in size and quality.
I love Dinnerly…. I can’t cook, but with Dinnerly, I can!! It doesn’t require special kitchen tools, it doesn’t send me things I’ve never heard of. It’s simple yet complex tasty recipes, super easy to prepare. I’ve tried them all… this is the one… I’m telling you!
