We really are passionate about cardboard...
Direct Global Trading Boxes is a family-owned, mail order business based in the heart of Yorkshire. Back in 2016, we became really excited about cardboard! Fast forward to today and millions of boxes and thousands of house moves later, we’re still in love with the stuff!
Our cardboard boxes are made right here in God’s own country! We’re proud to use 100% recycled materials in our boxes meaning that our boxes are 100% recycled, 100% recyclable and 100% reusable. Now that’s pretty amazing, even if we do say so ourselves!
Over the next few years, our aim is to continue to be clever with cardboard as we introduce new and innovative products to our range – all in the name of making your lives easier!

Excellent customer service and good quality boxes
Not only are the boxes good quality and durable, their customer service is brilliant.
I'd arranged a return of a bulky item to another company via EVRI and packaged it in one of the plain (not pink) Direct Global Trading moving boxes that I'd bought many many years ago.
EVRI attempted a delivery, but the recipient wasn't available so they said they'd try on the next working day. A week went by and there were still no updates, EVRI tells me they've lost it in their system.
I was about to raise a claim, when I get an email from Savannah at Direct Global Trading saying they have the package. It boggles my mind how EVRI managed to do this, but Savannah was so helpful and we managed to get the box back to it's correct destination.
I really appreciate all the help I got, thanks DGT :)

Needed boxes for moving. This company has a good selection of sizes with good prices and super fast delivery. Even threw in a couple of rolls of tape which was very handy. All in all a very easy transaction from start to finish. Highly recommended

Great boxes, great price, quick delivery
Great boxes - nice and sturdy. Good price and arrived quickly. They look fantastic too! Only downside is all my children want to pinch a 'van' for themselves - I might not have any boxes left for what I need them for!

A BRILLIANT BUY. We needed boxes urgently as our house…
We needed boxes urgently as our house was being fully decorated. DGBT boxes are superb because they are all same size which means we can stack them easily. They are strong and rebust and very economical. Finally the used boxes can be collapsed and stored until required again. A brilliant buy.

Best I’ve used!
My sister gave me a couple of these boxes to get me started on packing up my house. They were so good I had to order enough for the whole move!
They are strong, well made and the perfect size to still be able to move about! They have handled and a space to write what’s in them. Just brilliant!

Good for moving
Bought a house moving pack using the click and collect service. Very fast and efficient and I had no complaints at all. The boxes look pretty sturdy and the tape, bubble wrap and pen were included.

I ordered the 15 pack large boxes for a…
I ordered the 15 pack large boxes for a house move and couldn’t hoped for a better experience. The boxes got delivered next day with DPD and are excellent to use. Double walled and hand holes are very handy. Also clear instructions on how to fold and where to put the tape. Can’t recommend them enough!!

I cannot recommend this company if you…
I cannot recommend this company if you want boxes sent to Northern Ireland.
I ordered them on a Sunday and paid extra for two day delivery. Expecting them to be here on Thursday at the lastest. Moving that weekend.
When I asked for update on delivery time on Wednesday they said they were lost with courier. I asked for a tracking number and was told it was redacted. Never heard of such a thing in my life! I’m left now looking for alternatives to move in two days!!
At least they refunded me fully right away. One star for that.
