Great flooring, great service! Staff in the store were very friendly and helpful. When the delivery arrived I was home alone and the driver helped me to get my order inside.

Great customer service all around. Shak of the Brent Cross store goes above and beyond to advise on the product and makes sure the delivery goes well. Product looks great.

Scumbag company. Shocking customer service. Faulty flooring. Proven to be nothing to do with fitting as extra unused packs have same fault. Lies after lies, excuses after excuses. Don’t trust their ‘3year warranty’ that they offer. Taken the matter to small claims court now for a full refund. Watch this space.

Would give zero stars if it were possible. Still in dispute following a repair to my floor in October 2025. Their fitter left floor up and skirting off in my bedroom and hall and hasn't returned. Head office employ bullying tactics to deny responsibility. Apparently it can all be resolved if I agree to pay for a new floor throughout 🙄...
Be careful with these guys. Sales team can't take your money quick enough but give advice contrary to head office so goods bought aren't fit for purpose and it's your fault!
Find a more reputable stockist with reliable and qualified fitters and good aftercare.

Service was 100% from start to finish. Delivery was smooth and communication was first class. Customer service was fantastic when having to get replacements for a couple of faulty boards. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Attentive follow up from initial contact with the company. The sample I received is of good quality and arrived promptly after ordering.

The area we needed to cover was 36 square metres, the system calculates the amount for you so there are no mistakes in the amount ordered. We were extremely happy with the quality of our engineered Oak flooring. The tongue and groove system is very easy to lay and because each piece is 10mm, its also very strong. The finish were chose is brushed & lacquered, and its beautiful. We purchased the flooring at a reduced price which helped too, even at the full price, this flooring is well worth the cost. We are very very happy with the flooring, one of the best purchases we have done in recent years. The finished floor looks absolutely gorgeous.

When we found the store at Lakeside the staff were helpful and informative. Delivery was on time as scheduled. Very pleased with service and product.

We didn't actually buy anything from DWF as we were after a very specific product which they didn't stock, but were very impressed by their level of help and assistance. We had some very specific questions which they went to great lengths to provide answers for (other companies who we asked the same questions tried to fob us off).
We did order some samples, which were of high quality (better than some of the ones we received from other companies) and their engineered flooring appeared very well made.
We were actually disappointed we had to go to another company as we had a really good impression of DWF.

I love my new flooring! I’m very fussy and had a particular style/colour that I wanted to complement my new bathroom. I managed to find exactly what I was looking for at DWF. The big bonus was value for money, as well as excellent and easy online service and ordering. I know where I’ll be returning for flooring as I move onto other rooms in the house!

Waiting 10 days for samples delivery and nothing. Very disappointed
