This company qualifies for zero stars

This company qualifies for zero stars. The cleaner arrived 2 hours late, such that I was unable to later inspect her work. Despite their 'bond guarantee', I had to pay another $100 to fix their sloppy work or my rental bond would be withheld. I will never use this company again.

Very poor cleaning service

Very poor cleaning service. Please avoid. Have objects missing after they came (oven trays, etc)

Sloppy, slapdash unprofessional.

Sloppy, slapdash, end of lease clean. Missed entire cupboards, did one side of washing machine vestibule not the other, poor vacuum job (had to do it again) streaks all over the glass, talking on phone when meant to be working. Had Aircon blasting on heat setting? left all lights on and toilet seats up. 2 people took 4.5 hours to clean empty 2 year old town house. Completely unprofessional clean. Had to take a day off work to finish the job. AVOID this company!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Paid $470 for end of lease clean. Terrible job done and we were forced to clean the apartment ourselves. Even after we showed them photos of how filthy the place still was they refused to refund the cost. Avoid this company.

Carpet cleaning nono

Got bedroom carpets cleaned by Dirt2tidy.
Would never recommend to anyone that would actually like their carpets cleaned. They did a poor job and didn’t even vacuum up properly, there was so much hair left behind.

Please read the bad reviews!!

Please read the bad reviews!!! Booked for end of tenancy clean. Check-out report highlighted loads of issues. They came back to clean it again but still left grease marks running down the inside of the oven. Complained for the 3rd time and was told it would cost more for a 'professional' clean where they remove the glass to the oven door etc even though it was listed as included on their 'end of tenancy clean"! Paid the extra and a guy turned up with rags and some cleaning fluid and a tool set. Previously companies dismantled the oven and used a van with chemicals to remove the dirt... They won't be coming to my property again!!!

Cleaner did not clean property as…

Cleaner did not clean property as booked for vacate clean.
Asked for more money t clean carpet after I already paid.After complaining to business, cleaner returned 2 more times, and still job done was very poor.
I returned and cleaned myself to get bond back.
I would not recommend this service to anyone. Very hard to communicate with. Poor service, 3 hours early first day, 2 hours late the next. No communication.

No show

I booked their service and received few confirmations via FB and emails a week before and a reminder of the appointment a day prior. On the exact scheduled time, nobody showed up. Called the staff, but no answer. After a few tries, the guy called me saying he didn't know anything about the job and coming to our place is not worth it of his time.
