Squeaky Clean Sofa Avis 

One star because there is no option for no stars. Beyond disappointed with this company. I paid $270 for 2 rugs and a lounge to be cleaned. They were done in under 40 minutes. The technician said once it dries, if we have issues, to call and they will send someone out 2 more times for free to fix anything up. I called, because there were still marks on the lounge that I know come out and it was streaky. There were also marks on the carpet. I got told to email photos through and was told that they can’t guarantee stain removal. After emphasising with them that I was aware there are stains that can’t be removed, I recleaned the lounge and carpet myself with the marks gone. I asked whether they thought by fact I removed the marks myself meant that it wasn’t cleaned properly in the first place - same response.
Don’t waste your money on this unprofessional company.

I got work done today from them. They are totally unprofessional people. They promised to clean upto 95%, but they didn't clean it even upto 30%. They didn't even spend 30 minutes doing the job. My laminated plank floor was flooded with water, while I was told no water would splash. My floor is ruined. Not only are they unprofessional, but they are aggressive. When I was discussing that you didn't comply with your claims, they got aggressive, and the bucket of dirty water was thrown on the sofa, but it was thrown on the floor. Again, my floor was flooded, so of course, I couldn't dry the water that had been soaked into the grooves.
I DO NOT recommend them at all, for sofa, carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Keep away from this company. They do not follow up when you call them to call them. My chairs were not cleaned properly, left wet floor and have refused to come back and fix the areas that they did not clean after multiple emails being sent to them. No customer service and guarantee of the work. So sad we have companies like this around that take advantage of people. They quoted $140 and charged me $200. Keep away from them.

Do not use this company. Appalling service. Tried to over charge. The actual work carried out was subpar. The person left water all over the floor. Left my bathroom in a mess then threaten me while leaving because I took a photo of his licence plate.

asked for a quote on getting a lounge suite and rug cleaned - got a call from a difficult person who wanted me to book in right now and then hung up on me when i would not book right away

The quote for steam cleaning was given onsite and was $270 for a normal 2-seater sofa with chaise (no stains, no special material). The cleaning was completed in 15 minutes. As the price was high, I asked next day for a quote for the same sofa and it was $160. When I asked for money back or clean an additional rug for the high price, I have never got an answer.

Submitted a quote online and an Indian sounding bloke rang me up a few minutes later. He gave me an approximate price and then asked me to book in. I said I wasn’t ready to book yet I was just needing quotes. He told me I shouldn’t enquire until I’m ready to book and then hung up the phone. I don’t recommend this business

Came home the next day to check the couch and it was mouldy. Sent them an email and they don’t give a flying

HORRIBLE COMPANY - Would have put in no stars if it allowed me to.
Turned up and whilst cleaning the sofa, made a complete mess on the floor and rug (which was not part of the cleaning) of water and left it like that. When they left, my sofa and chairs had worse stains than before they were cleaned. Sent email and images to the company and they said they would arrange for someone to come out. I finally heard back after nearly 2 weeks, and he arranged to come out - DIDNT turn up and I had stayed at home from work especially! Now they have turned up at my door and I am offsite at work, and they rang and said I must let them in. Which I cannot as I am not even close to my house. The company then rang me and berated me, yelling at me and talking over the top of me, saying they tried to call me yesterday to advise me they would be there; however, I never received their call, and I certainly did not authorise for them to come. When I advised him that they didn't show up last Friday, he proceeded to talk over the top of me and told me that no one had arranged this time with me and said out loud that I am an absolute liar.
DO NOT use this company if that is the way they are going to speak to their customers, talk over the top of them and call them liars. Disgusting behavior!

Ok! I gave it 3 stars because the very shy young guys that had no idea what they were doing were open to me standing over them telling them to go over certain areas.
I only needed my couch base cleaned of stains, the cushions and pillows I was happy to take the covers off and wash myself in the machine.
If I had not been attentive and taken full control of the situation (I did so because of recent reviews I read whilst they were in my house) then it would have been a disaster!
What was the biggest red flag was that I called to book in the service and the girl said I could get it done that afternoon. About an hour later the van was already sitting my street waiting. When they called to say they were on their way I asked if they were in my street they said yes! It was too late to cancel.
Would I use again? No definitely not but the boys that came to do the job were very sweet.
I still paid what I was quoted despite only doing half the job!

They are not professionals, the guy was a student doing couch cleaning as a side hustle did a 20 min garbage home job clean left my living room in such a mess soaking wet sofa, water on the floor I’d expected themselves to clean up after themselves. The sofa was still dirty after it dried had streaks all over. He put his tools on my coffee table and scratched the painting right off, broke my candle
Asked me very intrusive questions I felt unsafe!
Tried to complain customer service was TERRIBLE gave me an email address only cared about getting their money and wouldn’t address my concerns at all. I called them and the Indian guy with a name called “Andrew” said he refuses to apologise as his staff haven’t committed any misconduct and I don’t have any evidence of his employee asking me intrusive questions it’s my word against his.
They are full of lies.. starting off with the name ‘Andrew’ for an Indian man with a thick accent

My sofa was vacumed and then sprayed with water and then he left.
No cleaning, my sofa is soaking and ruined.
Not able to contact them just given an email address and no response

Organised sofa clean for my Elderly mother - they were efficient however quoted 2 seater sofa & 2 chairs $140 - $160, when cleaner arrived he said there are cushions (which is part of the sofa) and charged an extra $80! Also left the sofa/chairs extremely wet and the floor very wet as well! Not happy - complained, but they don't care. Taking advantage of an elderly person that will not confront them! Never again & would not recommend!

This company is horrible. Paid $500 to get my rug and 3 couches cleaned. They completely ruined my rug, yellow blotchy stains all over it. But that’s not the worst of it. I rang to politely inform them and discuss it, and got the rudest most most evasive complaints department imaginable. After 10 days repeated calls, increasing frustration and being fobbed off, a ‘supervisor’ begrudgingly agreed to send someone out in a Saturday to reclean the rug. Didn’t turn up of course. 🤬 DO NOT USE THEM.

Couch clean, I called to do a couch clean; he said $37. I mentioned that the website says $27. He said he will do it for $30.

I called a few hours later to cancel, they wanted to charge me $200!!

Do no trust

DO NOT USE! Ripped off, couch isn’t clean. Used my own towel to mop up water that was left all over my hard wood floors. Can not get in contact with a supervisor or manager. No one will call me back. It’s been weeks.

Agree with the other reviews. They are not professional and say they will do the job for one price but then increase the price. Staff are rude and not helpful. Avoid them.

Same as everyone else on this page - quoted for a 3-seater couch clean, got a 20min "clean" job after the technician got lost for 30mins, and had to demand he vacuum the bottom of the couch - realised he'd left dog hair all over the backs of the cushions! Spoke to their accounts team for 20 minutes arguing I wasn't paying full price of $150, copped $100 and will be telling everyone to avoid using these people again. Disappointing as I'd used them in 2019 and they were great- obviously have sold the business since and it's gone downhill.

Absolutely terrible quality of cleaning. They did not clean underneath sofa cushions or the underside of the cushions. After making a complaint about this and sending requested photos to their team I received no follow up at all. I had to continue to chase them up only to be told that they don’t clean underneath sofa cushions. This is not the experience I’ve had with other companies. Avoid these guys! Expensive, and bad quality service

My wife made a booking with these guys on a Wednesday morning. I came on here and read some reviews and decided against using them. Rang up to cancel 1 hour after the initial call and they insisted there was a $99 cancellation fee. This fee was neither mentioned to my wife at time of booking (which the person i spoke to insisted "they always do") nor is it mentioned anywhere on their website.

I was continually pushed to keep the booking at a discounted rate, or pay the cancellation fee. I flat out refused to pay anything and had to argue for 10 minutes with the guy, but eventually he gave up and let me cancel without a fee.

Also, the operator is clearly in a call centre. AVOID
