Squeaky Clean Sofa Avis 

I booked my lounge to be cleaned and they created additional stains. I sent them e-mails and made attempts to call, to no avail. Save your time and money.

When they finished the job there were still some stains; they told me that they will disappear when the sofa dry. Of course that was not the case, the stains (grease) are still there; since then I am calling them every single day to come and fix the problem, and every time they promise they will call me back - more than 2 weeks in this game…

Dishonest Pricing, Did not clean the whole sofa and also ended up ripping my sofa.

Tried calling multiple times, they never returned my calls.

Company is trading under squeaky clean sofa but the business name is marks maintenance.

Take care when dealing with Company and know your rights and contact the relevant authorities if needed to stop the continued behaviour.

I just had my white sectional sofa cleaned by Sam. It looks white again--including the spot where my cat threw up! Sam does excellent work and I appreciate his great communication and professionalism. The guys always do a really good job, and are pleasant and professional. Will certainly call again if/when I need them, and I very much recommend.

Wouldnt even give them 1 star. Very confusing price strategy intended to deceive you. If you were going to use them ask the full price before they touch anything. Tried to charge me $1000 for 2 couches. I was able to question the price and they took $340 off but still a rip off.

The guy also arrived 2 hours early and it was like I was putting him out when I was out.

This company does not even deserve one star. If only I had reviews when I went ahead and booked through them! Paid out over $800 and the condition of my couches and arm chairs is infinitely worse than when the person came to clean them. The water marks are atrocious. I feel violated and totally ripped off.

Terrible - do not use this service it is a rip off - left my couch sopping wet water everywhere and all done in five minutes. I would have gotten a better result hosing the lounge down.

I am joining the chorus of dissatisfied customers. Absolute rip off. Quoted $36 ‘per seat’ + $25 per seat for stain removal + $30 per seat for scotch guard . Turns out that’s only for the ‘seats’ you can see. They don’t do the other side (how ridiculous) and they don’t do the back of the lounge - that’s extra ! So to clean and scotch guard a 2.5 seat lounge I was quoted $227.50 but it turns out that’s only 1/2 the lounge. I’d have to pay twice to turn the cushions over !!!! So $500 to steam clean a 2.5 seat fabric lounge. I am in shock. Further the scotch guard has a 12 month guarantee (allegedly) but the tax invoice I was given says stains not guaranteed. So who the hell would know. Lounge is sopping wet, floor is covered in water, the guy didn’t bring a bucket and I couldn’t wait for him to leave. I would not recommend this company at all

Terrible. Couch smells of mould . Don't return phone calls, won't refund, won't come and do it again. Absolutely useless and unhelpful. Total scam.

Terrible job. Arrived 30min late then was in and out in under 30min to do four recliner theatre sofa. Left very wet except the backs of two chairs bone dry didnt even touch these. Streaky & stains not gone which we paid extra for. Give a big miss. I've done a better job myself with my bissell cleaner. Never Again.Sorry didnt see these reviews before

Only giving one star because no option for no stars. Booked this company 3 weeks advance before moving house to clean 1 sofa. Never showed when I rang the bloke said receptionist gave him wrong address and phone number for me. I tried booking again as soon as I gave them my previous address she hung up then each time I rang hung up without answering. Rang on private number told them don’t bother obviously unreliable!

Terrible job. Couch left mottled, streaky and wet for over 24-hours worse than we started. All for 300 plus dollars.
Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews beforehand.
Avoid like the plague. Weren't cheap, weren't good!

Every one star review on this page describes this company. Any review over one star is probably from Trent or Steve or Mark or what ever he feels like calling himself the day I call.
Stick to known guys (electrodynamics or chemdry) steer clear from these incompetent cleaners.

Got my faux leather lounge chair cleaned from them and was truly satisfied. Came on time and delivered what they promised. Nice work.

DISGUSTING , LYING AND MISLEADING COMPANY. They charged me $170 to clean my couches, I asked for a quote before arrival and said I wanted no surprises on the day. My couch doesn’t look at all like it’s even been cleaned and emailed to complain and ask someone to come back out. They refused and said they didn’t clean it properly as I wanted no surprises? Basically using that as an excuse for not cleaning my couch at all.

From my experience they did a good job with my sofa, the guy had it done on time and it came out perfect, I will be happy to do more business with them in the future.

Disgusting! Was quoted $30 per seat, when the person arrived he said the seats were not strained and would cost $20 per seat. I ended up being charged $66 per seat and forced me to pay $330! He also damaged our property and broke glass wear. Then proceeded to say it wasn’t him. Rang the company numerous times to be told he would return to my property to work out the price and talk about the damaged property and refund the damage. They ended up never calling me or coming back. Disgusting company and people. Don’t use them.
