What a terrible experience uk's…

What a terrible experience uk's favourite yeah right!!! from the outside, they look like a big company, but in reality, it seems not nearly impossible to get hold of anyone in customer service. Does anyone actually work here? say they are a one-stop shop i don't think so had loads of mates who say the same thing. im not the best at using websites and like to phone a company who want to take my money and help advise with purchasing. Returns seem a bit poor as well have to request to send somthing back

First and last time ordering from Dirt…

First and last time ordering from Dirt Store, ordered a kit in the sale but was too big, wouldn’t let me exchange so would have to reorder and pay the full price of kit which is £200 when i only payed £150 originally. Anywhere else would price match the original purchase price but not dirtstore. So disappointed

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I had purchased a a few hundred pound worth of items of which 2 had to be returned. I Had to request for return of items, pay for items to be returned and still chasing a refund after 1 week of company receiving items. Not great practice.

Great service from an excellent seller

First of all I'm not a biker I'm a joiner who has an old injury that has been getting worse .I spotted the evs sb03 shoulder brace on the Internet and after some research decided to buy one .I got a great price in the dirt bike sale ,prompt delivery and a shoulder brace that really works and is well made. Top marks to dirt bike in all regards ,I highly recommend them .

Dirt Store Effective and Competent

Lauren personally organised the shipment, which arrived within a couple of days- plenty of time to fit for weekend racing.

Excellent service!!!

I ordered at 3pm & phoned to see if they could send it out the same day. they said they’d ring the warehouse to see. My order arrived the following morning!!!

Selling stock that they do not have, fulfilment process is slow

Ordered a helmet for my son on Friday evening. Got the standard Shopify generated order email after processing. Both Monday and Tuesday come and go with no response and an order still sitting unprocessed (their own website claims that they aim to process orders same day) and I now have to chase on Wednesday (day 3 as I appreciate Friday evening doesn't count). To be told that Tuesday would be day one. Corrected this for them pointing out their own terms, to then be told the packing team have gone to pick the order and it's out of stock.
So one of two things have happened here, either a) they sell items that are not in stock due to poor stock management or b) they were so slow in reacting that somehow someone else bought the item (again poor stock management if this has happened).

Offered an alternative colour of helmet but ordered the specific one for a reason, if I wanted white, I would have ordered white.

Overall, first and last time I would use them, one mistake, yeah OK, but two in a single order just screams small business trying to act like big business and getting it wrong.

At Dirt Store Customer service and satisfaction is important to us and I am sorry to hear on this occasion you have not been happy with the service you received.

I can see you placed your order on 6/6/25 at 8.44pm using the Standard shipping option which is 2-4 business days. So Monday would have been day 1 as you mentioned.

You them emailed in on 11/6/25 requiring an update on your order to which we replied to you about the helmet you had ordered being out of stock and offered an alternative. Unfortunately when the warehouse team went to pick your order it became apparent there was a stock error. We wanted to give an alternative option to you rather than just canceling the order.

The error in the email stating Tuesday was day was corrected and we apologized for this and corrected.

I would like to again once again apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Everything was fine with my order from…

Everything was fine with my order from Dirt Store until the Matrix Utility Jug broke after minimal use. I contacted the company about a replacement, and they did initially acknowledge my request — which I appreciated. However, despite multiple follow-ups from my side, I never received any further response or resolution. It's disappointing to see a lack of follow-through on customer service, especially after acknowledging the issue. I expected better support.

Thanks for the reply — but I have to say I’m disappointed with both the explanation and how the situation was handled. The can was never lifted or carried by the spout, so the supplier’s assumption is simply incorrect and doesn't reflect how the product was actually used.

What’s more frustrating is that I only received a proper reply after posting this review, despite having followed up previously. That alone shows the power of public reviews — something I shouldn't have had to rely on for a response.

I won’t be seeking a replacement through Dirt Store and will source one elsewhere. Going forward, I’ll be taking my custom to companies that stand by their products and respond more proactively to valid concerns.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

We can see that you made contact with us on 4th May 25 with images of the damaged spout on the Matrix fuel can, we replied to you on 6th May explaining we would raise this with our supplier.
Our procedure on items that are damaged is to raise with our supplier to establish if the issue is warrantable before proceeding further.
You then chased us once more and we responded to you with the following information:-
On assessment of the images you provided it appeared the breakage to be consistent with the can being lifted or carried when full, which the can is not designed to do meaning in this case it fell out of the scope of the warranty.

We then offered to help source a replacement spout for you.

Sorry you are disappointed with the service you received. At Dirt Store customer satisfaction is important to us.
