Paid £224 for coloured bath panel and then 40 days and nothing,no response nothing until I told them I wanted my money back or I’d contact trading standards then miraculously a DHL parcel collection was generated,more time and nothing,turns out DHL hadn’t collected it and wasn’t posted so I’ve had to get my bank involved to try to recover my money,one of worst companies I’ve ever dealt with as customer service just lie or tell you their manager will call you then never does,DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND CHECK OTHER REVIEWS

This company took payment of £270 for goods that were never delivered. Multiple attempts to request a refund by phone and email have gone unanswered. Customer service appears to be non-existent as they just the phone down on you so please avoid at all costs!!!

Easy to order. However, no further information from seller about delivery. Phoned to cancel after almost 2 weeks but phone line claimed they were sales only. Sales person claimed the advertised discontinued item was made to order? Was advised to email to cancel - did this but no response. Have received no response or any tracking info since placing the order 7 weeks ago, only email was Paypal email at time of purchase. Suggest avoid these traders. Basically took my £186, I received nothing. As a Yorkshireman I feel they are letting the county down.

Despite an advert of a Waverley bidet we required and placing an order, the item did not appear until we threatened legal action, despite having paid in full. They never answered the phone and when the item actually arrived it was completely different and actually an illegal bidet not permissible in this country. Trading Standards to be informed. No VAT invoice despite several requests. BEWARE!

I ordered a new sink and waste and was quoted a price, which I paid. I was promised an invoice after giving my mobile and email address at the point of sale. Delivery was charged at £45.00. I received the sink but no waste or invoice. When I called about the missing waste, I was told it was missed off at the point of sale which I challenged as we agreed the items and the price when I called to order. They apologised and said I would receive it the following week, as it must have been left off of the delivery. I then received an email requesting a payment for the waste at £45.00. I rang and explained it was their fault that the item was not delivered with the sink and I was not paying any more money, so I would buy a waste myself as I needed to get the job done and agreed a refund. They said they will check the paperwork at the weekend and call me to arrange this. I had no communication from them for almost a week. I eventually called to chase it up but they fobbed me off with poor explanations about why they haven't called. I see this is something they do alot. I will now have to write off the money for the waste at £25.00 and thank my lucky stars it wasn't a lot more after now reading the reviews on Trust pilot.
Poor customer service.

Very pleased with the burgundy bidet I bought from Discontinued Bathrooms. Very well made and packaged. There was a problem with the delivery agent who lost the bidet but that was not the fault of Discontinued Bathrooms who manufactured a second bidet for me.

So helpful. Got a matching new peach bath to go with my existing suite. Better quality than the original and colour was perfect
