Nationwide Discontinued Bathrooms Avis 

We were so pleased to be able to locate a Whisper Peach toilet cistern to replace a 25 year old one that suddenly cracked a few weeks ago. Although this was not an exact replacement regards shape, the colour was very close to the original. We are delighted that we have not had to replace the rest of the suite and tiling etc. which we would have had to do had your company not been able to provide this excellent service. After making contact and sending pictures explaining the colour of the new cistern i wanted was cream, it was suggested it was ivory. Two days later it arrived and matched perfectly. It did take me nearly half an hour to unwrap as i have never seen anything packaged like it ! Expensive yes but cheaper then changing the whole bathroom to match !

Love love love it!! Full suite just fitted before Christmas in pale blue. Art deco style and matching bath. I’ve finished it off with the nicest wall paper. Fast delivery and super helpful on chat and the phone

Poor service. The company ignore emails asking for updates from something ordered 2 months previously. The initial receipt says they’ll deliver in 7-10 days then when you query this you’re ignored. Phone lines aren’t answered. When you ask for a refund via PayPal they suddenly answer emails. Albeit incredibly rudely. Customer service is non existent. I received a lecture on how I am all that is wrong with the world. Delightful. Especially considering they’ve no idea who I am. I’m rather speechless as the utter rudeness.

Shan’t ever be using a scam company like this again. I’ve blocked the email address to stop the rude comment emails!

Be careful, if you write a review do make sure you verify it as this company will go out of their way to try and remove your bad review. Very dishonest.

Discontinued bathrooms were able to supply a toilet pan for me, which has been discontinued for many years. All it took was one phone call and the item was delivered within the time scales quoted and in perfect condition, due to it being superbly packaged. On the down side I did not get any paperwork i.e confirmation of order or receipt for payment and have not yet received an invoice. Other than that very happy.
