Disgusting company - take your money for items they cant get hold of and they don't refund you or communicate with you! Ordered on 04th May and have called and emailed numerous times - Each time get someone clueless on the phone who wont put you through to the accounts department and insists someone will call back and they don't! Avoid like the plague

If I could, I'd give this company zero stars. They provided me with used and faulty goods and refused to communicate with me when I returned the goods. They simply returned them to me with no communication and ignored all of my subsequent emails.
In the lead up there was an extensive exchange of emails and I sent photos and a video illustrating the damage and photos. The person I spoke to with my original complaint was extremely rude and refused to discuss it. Thankfully, all other communication was by email meaning that I had all the proof I needed to claim my money back from my credit card company.
I wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering as there have been others who experienced similar issues on Google and Trustpilot. Although I got my credit card money back, I am still out of pocket because of the costs involved in returning the goods, and a plumbers bill.

If there was a zero star I would leave it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. they have basically stolen my money. I waited months for a toilet seat to be delivered at a ridiculous cost of £280. When it was finally delivered it was completely the wrong size. Despite endless chasing they have simply failed to refund me. So basically theft.

I ordered a bath to replace my Jacuzzi which had a broken pump. Jacuzzi were no help at all in sourcing a new pump. My problem was in matching the colour as apparently coloured suites aren’t in vogue nowadays!

Dealing with this company, from start to finish was a pleasure. Their customer service and product were exemplary and the colour match is nigh on perfect.

Ordered a toilet from this company. Customer service appauling. Did not deliver when promised and blamed everybody else. Paid £45 for delivery. Have just rung to complain and a very rude gentleman put the phone down on me!! Like a previous customer said avoid and listen to the 1 star reviews. I wouldnt even give them 1 star!!

Great range of colours and products they helped me select the correct pink and advise what would would best. Went for pink art deco suite with match pink bath and panel. Looks amazing and packed so well

A very bad experience. They refused a legitimate return, claiming damage by Parcelforce, but failed to provide any evidence that this was the case, or respond to e-mails. Suggest you avoid this company like the plague. Note the other 1* reviews and be warned.

Have had to call this company several times a week for a few days shy of two months now. They sent the wrong item, don’t respond to email, on the phone say they’re following up but never do. Still waiting on an over £300 refund. Avoid.
