Discount Football Kits Avis 

We are a grassroots junior team who used DFK for soome team wear. They have demanded another £50 fee to setup the logo for embroidery despite us already having paid a £50 fee for setting the logo up for printing. Not impressed - wont be using again.

Poor customer service on last order - Have used previously without issue but on latest order paid for bulk purchase of balls from here (ordered the exact number so all my players had a ball each) , 3 of these balls deflate really quickly and have to be pumped up before each session. Complained to the company and received zero customer service - I had to send the balls back at my own cost, they would then send them for ‘testing’ and then if they found them faulty I could get a refund or replacement. It’s a flat football! If you sell a dud, own it and sort it out quickly and efficiently not at the expensive and inconvenience of your customer. Spent hundreds with them previously, will not use again and would recommend you didn’t either, if any goods you order are faulty you will receive a “we’re crap, but it’s your problem” approach to customer service.

Emailed first to check stock of a small supply of shirts I needed. Got a reply the same day, ordered & received item with 5 days! Excellent service.

We have been using these guys for 8 years now. Brilliant products and good service. Yes you have to wait around 3-4 weeks but saving this amount of money, especially with 3 young boys, it's well worth the wait. We have had the odd quality issue in the past but this has always been rectified straight away and with zero fuss. Can't recommend enough

Discrace of a company and think someone should look into it.took my money 10 days ago only to get an email yesterday to say my items won’t be getting delivered.no apology and just didn’t care that I asked for a refund.cancelled the order and certainly won’t be back.to be honest I think they’re scamming people and I’ve reported it

Absolutely terrible service and beyond a joke when they get it wrong.

Having bought a kit, 2 weeks later was told they had none left.
Sold me another kit, only to send two different colours.

To return the kit, the moon had to be in a total eclipse with Mars and the sun and if you had opened the bags they were not refunded.

What a very poor company

As suggested below, treat customers well and they will come back. I placed an order 16 days ago, they took the money instantly & told me today the items are not in stock, with no apology ! In the meantime, I declined an offer to buy something similar elsewhere at a lower price. They tried to sell me something else at 3 times the price. Let's see, if they refund me. I know another company who pull this kind of stunt to fund their cashflow.

I have used this website for a few years now - buying club kits, equipment and trophies - so I spend thousands each year.

I recently put in an order for branded hoodies for the kids and I needed them for the end of May. I added some XS items not realising they were out of stock. Normally, a quick email, and its easily resolved (i.e. remove the items that are slowing down the order)

However, this time I have not had a response to any emails for over a week now. You can't call DFK as they closed their phone lines.

So I guess I won't have the branded hoodies for when I needed them.

And I won't be using this website again - it's simple respond to your customers or they will just shop elsewhere

After placing an order with this company. I was originally worried they wouldn’t have what I wanted. However with their fast email response I was rest assured I would get my order in the time frame wanted. These people are professional, understanding and willing to help wherever needed. Recommend for any order of football shirts!

Fantastic customer service, had an emergency where I needed a lot of kits very quickly and the brilliant Amy in customer services helped and got the product to me quicker than I needed.

I have used this website for years and they've never failed me and their customisation is always top quality too.

Use DFK on numerous occasions for a mens football team - kits and equipment. No issues the majority of the time, but if issues do occur it’s always been an easy fix.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Worst service I’ve ever had, ordered a tracksuit that was meant to be delivered within 15 days. It’s now been over a month and I still haven’t received the tracksuit, after numerous attempts to try contact the company through emails and Instagram direct message they’ve chosen to ignore every one of them. Terrible customer service! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Amy at Discount Football Kits has been amazing for us this week. Sadly a team mate of ours collapsed and passed away on the football pitch last Saturday. He was just 44 years old and leaves behind a wife and 3 children. I contacted DFK just yesterday to ask if they could possibly get 3 children's shirts with names, numbers, our club logo etc before the weekend so we can give them to the kids. Within 24 hours the shirts were made and have been dispatched to us. Thank you so much Amy and all your team for making this happen in what has been a really tough week for his family. Fantastic customer service.

Ordered 1west ham home Youth Kit and 1 west ham away Youth Kit, Was a little concerned about the quailty due to the price, But wow was I mistaken, Amazing quanilty postage took a little longer than expected but was given update when emailed, Will be using these again with 2 football mad kids

I was looking for a personalised adidas teamwear top. I was guided efficiently through the range of personalisation colours which would suit the shirts white/primeblue colour. Upon arrival, the product itself was 5 star.
Playing football with the adidas top (falling everywhere XD) meant one personalisation letter was 5% peeling off which shouldn't occur this early in a personalisation. I emailed their support team with images and they were happy to repress the personalisation free of charge.
It has now been a year since I brought the shirt and thanks to their support and guidance I will be buying from here again.

Would never buy again, had no choice but to buy from here for my sons college £41 for two tops plus £7.99 delivery for two flimsy tops that were light as a feather, but the worse thing is the college logo is ironed on not even stitched for that price and already not even been worn the corners have lifted so I’m guessing once my son wears them and they need washing the logo will frey and lift, awful quality would never buy again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them !!!!

I had a problem with my password and sent an email and Amy sorted the issue very quickly. I then sent Amy an email about an order I had made and she checked it out and sent me a copy of my order. Very pleased with the after sales service as a lot of companies don’t care once they have your money. Well done

I would not use this service again
My son was sent a link through his college for the uniform for the sports course .
We ordered a rain jacket , his chest measurement was 33” so we ordered XL Youth 33/36”

It took ages to arrive and when it did it was very tight over a thin T-shirt. There is no way it could be worn over a hoodie .

Several emails all saying no to a refund as it has the logo on it but there was no option to not have it put on

Appalling customer service

Sent the wrong sized ball. Said they had a “glitch” in their systems. Wouldn’t send the correct ball until the old one is received back with them. A real pain to go to the post office, buy packaging, post it off, somehow claim reimbursement of up to £7:50 for postage alone and then they will send the correct ball. They won’t even issue a return label. A real hassle for something that’s their fault. Very poor customer service

Really pleased with everything.

Even when balls were not in stock I was able to quickly get them changed via email with quick responses.
