Purchased 2 lights, received them in good time but unfortunately they did not suit the room we wanted them for. No problem returning them, although at our cost but that was fine as it was our decision to return them. The 3 stars is for the sheer fact that it took 13 days to get my refund, this means that they had nearly £200 of my money sitting in their account, I dare say with others awaiting refunds, a nice way to earn some interest. Other companies are normally no more than 2-3 days for returns. For this fact alone I will not be using this company again.

Great choice of lampshades at amazing prices. It may make you try a more daring colour than you otherwise would (orange in my case!). I inadvertently ordered two lampshades that weren't deep enough. I was really impressed to be able to communicate by email about a return and receive a personal reply almost immediately. I am delighted with the two I then ordered and which arrived incredibly quickly. Thank you.

My lampshade came on time and was very well packed

£33 cheaper than eBay and speedy delivery. Packed carefully with each hanging pendant individually wrapped and lots of bubble wrap around the whole light shade. I purchased two for £33.98 instead of £50 each on eBay. Great quality for the price and I'm pleasently surprised. Have already recommended to anyone who will listen lol
