Do not stay at any of the Crystal Cove…
Do not stay at any of the Crystal Cove properties. We stayed at two next door to each other
Day we arrived both garbages were over flowing worth garbage everywhere. Called to get cleaned up and took a week
The floors in both homes were so dirty they turned our feet black for the first few days, we had to clean everything ourselves
The pool heat didn't work in one of the homes, we asked for someone to come check it out and they said everything was running fine. Second last day pool guy comes as says water level is too low for the heat sensor to read it
One house had a home in its wall, and a broken couch. Pool sticks for pool table are not in working use
Company will do everything they can to not take responsibility for anything and try not to come and help when called
Do not stay here
We have reached out to sweet homes by e-mail to resolve this multiple times, and they just ignore our e-mails now and we get no response. Not a company to rent with, bad customer service

El lugar super bien nos gustó mucho
El lugar super bien nos gustó mucho. Lo único es que estaba con mucho polvo en el segundo piso. Es importante que dejen un limpiapiso.
El lugar super estratégico y muy cómodo.
La cocina super bien equipada y los baños grandes. Las camas muy cómodas.
Importante que recuerdes llevar artículos de limpieza, y toallas y un limpion ya que no lo facilitan.

House was perfect size for our group…
House was perfect size for our group however it does not have pans and pots for a large group. This year we had to purchase frying pans and baking dishes last year in another home we had to purchase a coffee maker. Other then those problems House was fine and we had a pleasant stay.

Very Happy!!
This home was very large and had 2 areas of communal gathering to watch TV or hang out. There were a few minor details that kept this a 4 star level. Pool cues for the billiard table were missing tips and chalk, etc. The pool heat was paid for but this was a very cold week and we were told that when the water cooled off the 3rd and 4th days that the weather was the culprit. I'm honestly not sure that there wasn't some other malfunction as our neighbors did still play in the pool that was identical and the lazy river at the clubhouse kept its warmth. I just wish someone would have came by and checked this while we were in their presence. Yet overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and property and will book this place again for our Firefighters who frequent the area for classes and conventions.

The house was as described. Spacious and clean. Perfect for my group. Beds were comfy. Price was reasonable. Reservations could have been a little easier. Other than some minor maintenance concerns, no issues. We loved the house, location, and accommodations. Would rent again. Thank you.

clean and comfortable but come prepared
The house was clean, spacious and convenient to all of our activities (SeaWorld, Disney, etc). There were a few smaller things I wish they would have provided that would have gone a long way to making her stay more comfortable but, all in all, we enjoyed our stay.
Bring your own washcloths, bath mats, basic spices, coffee filters, etc. Don't assume any of those Essentials are provided and, with a little preparation on your part, you'll have a wonderful experience.
