Esta es mi segunda vacaciones en sweet home vacation , la primera ves la nevera se daño por casi 3 días duramos para k la arreglaran una compra de casi 400 dólares se nos daño y ni una disculpa nos dieron o un descuento para una próxima ves, en esta segunda ves vimos cómo 4 cuatro cucarachas una más grande k la otra ,llegamos el sábado el domingo estábamos en el área de la pisina y uno de los niños se sentó en una de las sillas y las sillas están viejas y tostadas por el sol , y se rompió nos fuimos a emergencia donde mi hermana tuvo k pagar 1500 dólares por curar al niño ya k le dieron 14 puntos y ellos venían de República Dominicana, llamamos a la oficina mandamos fotos y ando de la silla de las cortadas de mi sobrino y el bill y ni tomaron un minuto para llamarnos y saber cómo estaba todo o enk podían ayudar bueno no tengo mas nada k decir debí de poner 2 estrellas solamente😔

My family and I had a wonderful time. I didn't like that we had to pay $75.00 for that small grill and you had to pay #30.00 a day to heat the hot tub, I think they should have been included into the bill.

Senior Family Trip
SHV was wonderful to work with. We had some discrepancies with some things in the house, and they had someone come out withing 24 hours. The house was wonderful, amenities were great and the location was convenient to golf, grocery, and entertainment.

The Sweet Home Vacation reservation…
The Sweet Home Vacation reservation agent was excellent! The agent was knowledgeable, immediately responsive to my emails and helped with some unique requests of our group. The management company was, also, excellent! We had a couple of small issues and the management representative came to our rental within an hour and resolved the issues. Our rental home was beautiful just as represented in the marketing materials. I highly recommend Sweet Home Vacation rentals.

"I have used Sweet Home Vacations for condo rental 3 times now. The accommodations have been excellent. I would rate as 4.5 stars if I could do half a star. The only very minor issue with this condo was that air conditioning couldn't quite keep up. I attribute this to them only using single pane glass windows which means heat transfer is easy. Other condos I have rented use a combination door lock. This complex uses a key lock box that holds a chip key. Since there were five of us we had to be mindful who has or needs the key. These minor issues in no way messed up our vacation. We have been quite satisfied with each occasion we used Sweet Home to book our rentals. We even leave unopened, non-spoiling items as a "tip" for those that clean up after us (and we are NOT filthy guests). The process is painless. Only chore is browsing all the wonderful selections available.The property management do a great job in keeping the complex clean and tidy. Gate security is very courteous. It was a bit of a walk to the trash compactor but was a none issue."

Wasn't worth it.
The individual representative from sweet homes who helped us arrange our stay in Florida was GREAT to deal with. She was very nice on the phone and would respond to emails right away. However, the house we stayed in was much to be desired. From poor to no lighting, a pool that we couldn't swim in until our last day because there was no hydro to it (and payed extra for), batteries missing from remotes to cheap fixtures(bathroom vanity)/furniture that were falling apart. Really have no desire to book with sweet homes after this experience.

Our Vacation
I loved everything in the house. However we couldn't be able to watch TV we didn't know how to make it work, the directions were confuse on how to make it work. The distance was a challenge for us because the transportation. We used Uber to go to the Theme Parks and the cost was outreaches between $30-$60 each way.
