We rented the property for our kids and…
We rented the property for our kids and grandkids to spend their spring break in Florida. The house was perfect, lots of room for everyone and the location was very central to all of the venues. The resort offered all kinds of amenities which were awesome, The Lazy River pool was a big hit with the little ones, and the water park. We would definitely go back and rent from Sweet Home Vacations, they were responsive to all of our questions. Any maintenance items were addressed immediately.

Everything was great
Everything was great, with the exception of the hot tub being slimy when we got there. We call the management company and they sent someone out the next day, but we lost two days of using the unit's hot tub.

Lots of room to enjoy on your family vacation. The private pool was great at the end of the day. The only thing that was missing was I thought there was a grill at our location but apparently we needed to add/rent one.

What a way to celebrate 2 milestone birthdays!!
My family and I came to Disney to celebrate 2 milestone birthdays..the Home was very clean, was ready on time. We had 6 adults in the home which was very spacious. Our overall experience was excellent!! From booking on line to receiving the passcodes to the gated community and front door..we would recommend Sweet Home Vacation to anyone!!

Had a great time
Had a great time. Condo was clean, large and bright. Washing machine stopped working and they replaced it with a brand new one within days. The hot tub jets didn't work, so the kids were disappointed about that. I'm not a big fan of hot tubs, so it didn't affect me. Otherwise, the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We were a family of 16
We were a family of 16. The house suited our sleeping and Thanksgiving needs perfectly as far as space. We did feel that there were a few things that needed to be addressed. For instance, the towels were of very poor quality (time for new ones) and not enough wash cloths to go around. The kitchen had 1 towel and no pot holders and the coffee pot was a replacement that didn't go with the appliance. For a house that accommodated a large amount of people, the kitchen wasn't supplied with bowls, pots & pans etc. Patio area furniture was not clean and as an aside which we weren't that concerned about but should have been taken care of was the TV's in a few rooms did not work properly. Another thing light switches weren't working and light bulbs missing. I gave a 4 star because the woman, whose name escapes me, in the maintenance office was courteous and helpful at all times. We have rented large homes in the past and have never run into these problems. It was a disappointment.

Aim to Please
From the first inquiry, the phone contacts and the final step of receiving the pin number to enter our home, we received EXCELLENT service. The employees of Sweet Home Vacations kept us informed, sent us our receipts for payments made timely and also helped us in getting all of the things we needed in the home. There was a breakdown in communications between Sweet Homes and the Property Manager of the home. My initial contact at Sweet Homes left their employment in the middle of our contract and somehow we did not have a heated pool and Jacuzzi until day 2 and the gas grill we paid for was not delivered until day 2. The home was so lovely, appealing and clean that we accepted the fact that sometimes these type things just happen. As soon as they discovered that we indeed did pay for the additional items, it was taken care of. We would happily rent from them again!!!

Villa was clean
Villa was clean. Kitchen wasn't very well equipped we had to buy a few things ourselves.
Pool heating only worked properly for 1 day out of our 2 week stay.
I'm still waiting for my deposit 3 weeks after returning. I have sent numerous emails and got 1 reply saying it would be sorted but that was over 2 weeks ago, since then my emails have gone unanswered.
After the reply below saying my refund was done, it still hasn't been done! Avoid this company.
UPDATE: I do now have my refund, which they accidentally sent through twice.
After sweet home vacation saw my review they also tried to get me some money back for the pool heating cost, unfortunately the company lied and said we never even reported that the heating wasn't working, despite them sending an engineer out to look at it. Due to this Casey told us to keep the extra money that had been sent in error. If it wasn't for them accidentally sending the deposit back twice, I doubt we would've got anything back due to the companies lies about our heating report.
Still wouldn't recommend.
