Could improve
I ordered 3 coat racks which arrived in a questionable state, they were scratched, some paint missing and in spite being the same model 2 of them have different size screws.
When I sent an email, they ignored the part regarding the scratches and paint and just sent an envelope with a single screw as one of them could be tightened up.

Arrived very damaged and broken up in the box when the package looked ok. Ordered a replacement instead of refund and this was practically the same with similar broken sections. I then had the sense to get a refund.

Liked that it came with all the correct pieces but don’t feel like it’s sturdy when packaged I feel it needs more packaging as some of the poles were slightly marked.
