The quality of the lights are excellent and when my order wasnt in stock they suggested an alternative that probably turned out better. Good service and communication selling a great product

I ordered and paid for 2 lamps but have not received these and furthermore they do not now have the order. The proof is in payment. Still trying to obtain my lamps but unfortunately will have to escalate the enquiry further at the Bank.

A beautiful lamp!

I ordered 2 table lamps which arrived literally the next day and they were very well packaged. They also came with the right light bulbs which meant I could use them immediately. The lamps are beautiful and exactly as pictured on the website. I also contacted their customer service with a query, who were extremely helpful. I will definitely order from this company again in future. Many thanks.

Beautiful lamp delivered safely

I sent you a message about the table lamps I got. I brought two one is perfect the other is slightly bigger than the other one and the shade is damaged I did not want to send them back but I was hoping to get a reply from you..

Poor packaging and instructions were non existent plus the arms of the fitting was not marked up so impossible to get the correct order in the fitting

The ordering process was very easy. The site gave me all the details l needed on what I was buying and the lamps were as advertised. Really happy with the quality of the lamps. Delivery was really quick. A very pleasant experience from ordering through to delivery.

My requests got timely replies by email from the customer service.
The big crystal ceiling lights look gorgeous.
However, unwrapping the big pieces of polystyrenes packages and transferring them with all of the debris ( macro and micro) into a rubbish bag are extremely messy, time consuming and effort demanding.
These would have put me off having those lights.

We made a purchase through lights in. It was a bamboo style light fitting, it arrived with 19 broken strips, their were 4 spare in the box. They offered to supply replacements, but we were really concerned with the quality overall of the fitting. We highlighted this to them and requested a refund/ return. They stated we could dispose of it and they didn't want it back and a refund would be raised. We were constantly fobbed off with our return payment, due to internal issues their end raisung our refubd. In the end we had to pursue through our credit card company and raise a claim to get our money back. All payments returned now, really disappointed following our pre checks on them before, our purchase.

Very poor quality product indeed, arrived promptly but severly damaged. Not fit for purpose. Had to open a claim with PayPal to get our money back after many excuses from them.

Good design (faithful interpretation of Tiffany original), sturdy construction (metal base, coloured glass shade).
Well packaged in 2 boxes but unnecessary and excessive use of polystyrene (non-recyclable) for lamp base.

We had an issue with a part on the lamp, considering how much we paid, they thought it was acceptable to put it right with a screwdriver!! We were horrified. We wrapped the lamp in a cloth to protect it and managed to fix it. We should not of had to do that.
