Beautiful table lamp but unfortunately…
Beautiful table lamp but unfortunately the ceramic base had not been glued central on the bottom plate. It's too big to return so have arranged ornaments to make it not so obvious.
Bit disappointed to be honest.

Lamps beautiful but getting lamps delivered was very distressing as second lamp ordered from you went missing instead I received kitten balls 🥎 it was a very bad experience, waiting for second lamp.
Lamps beautiful, but a lot of hassle with delivery, distressing to me on both occasions when ordering second lamp. Would not order from you again. I did eventually receive second lamp after months of waiting, I am pleased with lamps but would think twice about ordering again from you.

Dear JeanHarris,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We are truly sorry for the distress and inconvenience you went through with the delivery of your second lamp. We fully understand how upsetting it must have been to receive an incorrect item and then have to wait such a long time for the replacement. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
We appreciate your patience during this process and are glad to hear that you are pleased with the lamps themselves in the end. Your feedback regarding the delivery experience has been noted and will be shared with our logistics team so we can work to prevent similar issues in the future.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us understand where we need to improve.

Very Satisfied
My purchase arrived on time and was just as it had been described. Looks well crafted. Also they dealt promptly with a mistake I made when ordering. I actually ordered and paid for 2 units instead of 1 unit. The company responded quickly and my order was amended and a refund credited to my account within a few days.

Lovely trustworthy company. I ordered two lights by mistake and emailed them immediately. They refunded one and sent the one that I wanted. Table lamp
Table lamp. Was lost in transit and you didn't have in stock. You don't have a contact number easier to talk to someone. Just email contact because I could have waited until you got more in as you have discussed in the order and it will be in stock in 1st December but it will go back to full price. Just a pity you couldn't say that at the time I would have been quite happy to wait on your delivery.

Réponse de Lightsin
Dear Catherine Laing,
We are truly sorry for your disappointing experience and for the inconvenience caused by the lost parcel and the lack of timely communication about the stock situation. We completely understand your frustration.
Regarding the blue base lamp (£128, SKU XZ0015), it is now available for pre-order, and you can still purchase it at the original price of £128, not the full in-stock price. If you would like to go ahead, we will make sure your order is secured for the next arrival.
If you need any help placing the pre-order or have any other questions, please feel free to email us—we are here to help.
Best Regards,
Lightsin

The lamps are good and I was pleased with the early Nov delivery. My one gripe is the enormous amount of polystyrene that I am trying to get rid of.

If there’s anything else we can help with, please feel free to contact us.
Have a lovely day!
