After my initial disappointment of my light fitting not be delivered due to damage and the item being sold out and my negative experiences Lightsin have took my comments on board and have been straight on it sorting out the pickup and refund. My lamps arrived safely as they were so well packaged and easy to assemble to install the bulbs which were supplied.
The colouring of the lamps was exactly as on the website.
So pleased with the lamps and the service from this company.

I love the light, arrived within 2 days of ordering, need some basic electrical knowledge to fit. I only give 4 stars as i was not notified of dispatch or delivery date from courier and it was left on doorstep. I have expressed my concern about this and amelia will pass this onto courier

No light at the end of the tunnel :(
A break down between the company and the collection partner (Evri) means that my light was never collected, and no one took responsibility for fixing the problem. If I got a response it was "Evri are too busy to collect, be patient!"
But thank you for the refund once you had got to the bottom of the problem.

Everything straight forward, delivered within 5 days, well packed, nothing missing, had to download the wiring instructions from the internet, very easy with simple instructions.the fanlight purchased is very nice, quiet fan. very pleased I would recommend Lightsin and the fanlight. M jones

Gorgeous ceramic table lamp
This black and gold ceramic table lamp is stunning. It looks beautiful. The lamp arrived much more quickly than expected and was beautifully packed. The after care from the team at Lightsin were excellent. They were responsive and helpful and it felt a very personalised experience. Would definitely recommend.
