They had my car on the side 4 times . Returned my car with paint peeling off from newly painted element. after 1st rework they damage both lamps, painted dirt because they couldn't even properly prepare the surface before painting. Massive waist of time and very stressful experience. Incompetent staff!

The chap who collected and returned my car was so friendly and reassuring (I THINK his name was Conrad). Had excellent communication throughout and a very straightforward, quick turn around.

car was due back, no call to advise me it would be longer than the initial estimated time given, when i chased this up on the day it was "due back" i was told it wasn't ready - a part wasn't available, they couldn't tell me a date it would be available, or how long they would allow for it to be unavailable before sourcing another or informing my insurance company, end date on system was 12 months time, so expected to leave my car indefinitely!! very poor service, had to agree to have vehicle returned partially fixed and am still awaiting any info on when it will be fully repaired, awful service and lack of customer care. have fed back to insurance company who are now chasing to get a date of part being available or will follow up additional processes to get my car back to pre accident condition. i get parts are hard to get hold of but no end date to repair is unacceptable. on return of the vehicle, the temp gage is now also not working, was fine before the repairs they done!

Very efficient and informative and did the work very quickly

We needed bodywork doing to our Toyota Hybrid. The pre and.post service was brilliant, kept in the loop of the repair and given an accurate ETA for my car. Picked up from my work place and delivered back. I fully recommend DLG for a professional service

DLG auto services are brilliant and very professional when they picked up my car and kept me informed on what they were doing brilliant job on my car. I especially valued the link to the video of the repair being carried out. They also returned my car which was great for me.

The car was collected on time and subsequently retuned on time.
The extensive work done was to a high standard and we were very pleased with the result.
The staff who collected and returned the car were very polite and carefully noted the damage from the incident.

Excellent job

The car came back clean apart from the bottom section perhaps they couldn’t bend down low enough.
The work carried out was of very good quality and you’d never know that someone had gone into the rear.
Only offside is that now the trim around the nearside wheel arch is a different colour and one of the internal boot handles was broken.
Spoke to the garage and they sent me a new boot handle to replace the broken one straight away.

Car came damaged which wasn’t part of the accident. The car was mishandled and wasn’t looked after at the garage. Big dent on the bodywork which wasn’t part of the accident. Had to produce picture before the car went in to get them to prove it. Appalling service

Picked up my car and returned after repairs, cleaned. No complaints.

Good communication. Completed work to a good standard.
