Thanks for leaving us a review and we're sorry you weren't happy with coming on board with us. All our online quotes are guaranteed so we've looked into your quote and why the premium increased.
When you spoke to us we needed to add three vehicle modifications that caused the premium with the insurer to increase. When buying insurance it is important that all modifications are included to ensure you and the modifications are covered in the event of a claim.
Hopefully this helps to explain why the premium increased and we hope we can show you we're the modified broker to be with throughout the year!

so it was that time of the year we all…
so it was that time of the year we all dread renewal time. my insurer was trying to put my insurance up by 500 even though i had a year of no claims no accidents or convictions. i shopped around and was finding it hard to get a decent price then i came across doddle cover. there quote simply blew everyone else's to bits.now ill be honest before i took the policy out i read the reviews and seen some negative and saying the same thing quite a lot which to be honest kinda made me think but i decided to go ahead and arrange the call back as not able to buy the policy online which isn't a massive issue. i dealt with a guy called gratham he was great helpful and made the process a total breeze. the quote i got online was more or less the price paying so all in all i couldn't be happier with there service. i got. and at a price that couldn't be beaten.

Great customer service from Gabby.
Satisfied with customer service from Gabby when I called today. Although I was very upset when I made the call, by the time I finished with her, I was satisfaction that my query was being dealt with professionally.
Gabby didn't take long time to understand my query and after making some enquiries, she assured me that she was going deal with query and make sure it is resolved, she promised me she will keep me updated about progress.
I was very satisfied with the outcome today and she even sent me a follow-up email confirming our conversation.

I had a stroke and strughled to pay my insurance after telling them they gave me abit extention im now back at work this guy made it his business to cancel my policy they have no apathy what so ever his tone has been so rude and be littled me im reciving a call off amira the team manger he said lets see how she can help im now back off work after having a stoke i felt to helpless im 32 years of age i thought may be now im better my life will get back into order but people who work for doddle over have no heart and apathy towards people like me ....

We're disappointed to read your comments as they don't reflect the service we aim to provide here at doddle cover. We understand that financial difficulties following a serious illness can be incredibly stressful and we always look to try to support customers wherever we can to ensure an insurance policy can continue if possible.
In your case, we made a number of extensions and accommodated wherever possible multiple times to keep your cover in place. Unfortunately there are occasions where despite our best efforts, a policy cannot continue if payment isn't received within the agreed extended timeframes.
We also take concerns about our team's conduct very seriously and have therefore listened to all the calls thoroughly. However, if there's anything further you'd like us to look into, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to review further for you.

Thanks for leaving us review and for the feedback. We have listened to the call and all levels of cover were offered to you, but we understand on this occasion third party only was the cheapest. You can upgrade to TPFT or Comprehensive within the first 14 days of your policy so please call us on 0330 124 5773 if you'd like to.
In terms of payments, we're sorry we couldn't be as flexible as you wanted. We will always try to help as much as possible to lower the up front payment, however your quote was already at the lowest we can offer. However, once your first instalment is complete we can help with moving the instalment dates to best suit you so again please just give us a call to discuss how we can help best suit your finances.
