Alhamdulillah. Sheikh Helbawi and Sheikh Mahmood provided an invaluable Umrah experience. Me and my family had a lot of expectations from Dome Tours and I was very pleased with the delivery and the quality of their customer service. I am forever grateful to both the Sheikh's, especially Sheikh Helbawi who provided the best Umrah experience I have received so far. I felt comfortable with my infant daughter whilst Sheikh Helbawi led the Umrah rituals. I will forever treasure the moments I experienced with my family throughout our Umrah journey. Alhamdulillah. I would like to thank everyone at Dome Tours, especially Ibrar and Ghizlan for providing an exceptional service and support throughout the booking process. Without whom it would’ve been just another umrah trip.
From beginning to end, full itinerary provided, professionally presented, with the ability to download, staff always present to help us get through the airport check outs, provided with luggage tags, belts and backpack as they did come in handy, communication was excellent throughout the tour, top class stay at Amman due to airline delay we experienced from the onset had a rollover affect handled with due diligence and care accommodating everyone needs etc. group leaders covered exertions and had fully informed us of processes during our travel from madina to makkah. Would recommend going through Dome Tours, they facilitated a trip worth remembering for many years to come with fondness.
Truly inspired by the Vastness of our Dome organisors : firstly Sheikh Abdur Rahman through the breath and depth of knowledge and imparting us with both historical facts and perception of what it was like in the times of Our beloved Prophet. Completely captivating the essence of the times and changes during the life of the prophet PBUH.
I especially enjoyed the Quba walk and talk.

The learning experience from anazing ustadhs. New and well explained islamic concepts explained well. Dome Tours organised and maintained excellent management skills from booking to ziyarats.

Great umrah experience in ds November with Dome tours.We had ds umrah with our toddler.It was really helpful to do ds with Dome team.The whole team is careful and keeping patience as with toddler sometimes it is hard to maintain the pace.All the schedule was maintained with an excellent timing,very nice hotels and transport .Team Dome is true to their service and the costs are worthy. It was an amazing experience to learn directly in the whole tour from Shaikh @AbdelRahman_Helbawi who is very knowledgeable and humble personality. Highly recommended specially people with kids as they always be very careful for vulnerable group.would definitely wanna b a part of d team in future.

It was a great experience for me, educative and interesting. Just what I wanted, to have a religious guide to take me through the rites of the 'umrah exercise, in addition to the visits to religious sites. Dome Tours were with us all the way on arrival at Madinah, through 'umrah at Makkah, to our departing at Jeddah, and went the extra mile with educative talks, pieces of advice for us to make the most of the spiritual exercise and recommendations/tips for the leisure side of things, baggage management for the trip members, support with lost items, and gifts.

Dome tours very efficiently organised provide a great experience of a guided umrah and wonderful tour of the ziyarah in makkah and madinah, visit to prophets mosque where you learn so much about islamic history and the life of our beloved prophet muhammad swt. Highly recommended to everyone.

Hajj 2023, an unforgettable journey. Me and my wife travelled for Hajj with Dome Tours, and we couldn’t be happier! Most, if not all prospective pilgrims in the UK, know about the new process of booking Hajj via the ministry’s platform… and it’s safe to say it was a bumpy ride. Alhamdulillah for Dome Tours and their team! Throughout the entire journey, from making our intention, to visiting the blessed lands in Makkah and Madinah, to returning home, we were guided by experts – whether it was webinars, seminars, talks delivered by the group Sheikh’s, guided walking tours, down to demo’s on how to pack your bag for Mina and how much money to take, no stone and no question was left unanswered.
