Broken promises, and terrible customer service
We wanted to bring something extra to our home renovations, so ordered over $1000 of light switches for our home. Having made a mistake by ordering 2 way, needing 3 way switches, contacted Door Handle Store to understand next steps, and potentially replace them. We were pleasantly surprised when they stated in writing they could replace the switch only so wouldn't need to return the entire item, at no extra charge. Over the next few months we followed up, and again got responses that they where waiting on supplies but would replace them. Until Dec, a response from Door Handle Customer Service that after a review they would not be replacing the switches, but we could buy entire new ones, which meant we had over $1000 of useless switches, but we could buy new ones after nearly 7 months of waiting. After 3 follow up tries to get a response or next steps if we could return the old ones, and no response, we are writing this review to highlight the issues we are facing. Terrible customer service, I cannot state the quality of the product as we never got to use it.

I needed to box in part of our central…
I needed to box in part of our central heating system so that the covers could be removed for maintenance but I wanted it to blend in with existing kitchen furniture.
Thank you Door Handle Store for stocking almost identical knobs to our 20 year old kitchen cupboards.
