Lee was very helpful and was very good through the whole process of getting a new window ordered and fitted on the timescale given. Downshire caravans were very easy to deal with. Lee was very quick to respond to my query about getting a new roof on my mobile home. They arrived at the time and date agreed and job was done in a day. Very professional and clean. No mess left behind The price was a bit on the high side but I m very happy with the job .I would highly recommend this company.

We had our caravan windows double glazed and are very happy with them, Lee corresponded very well from start to finish. The two guys that did the work was a brilliant job, we've stayed in the caravan since and the difference is unbelievable, a lot warmer and don't hear the wind howling outside, also the new door is good and strong, it all looks great, and we feel a lot more secure.

Absolutely delighted with the service and workmanship from the company. Workers arrived on time and worked relentlessly. Cleaned up after finishing the job and took all rubbish away with them. 100% recommend to anybody who is thinking of having any work done.

I had a new pitched roof, doors and windows fitted in my caravan and was delighted with the result. The work was finished over two days and on time thanks to all the lads even though it was really windy weather. I couldn’t be there but was kept up to date by Lee and Jonny by phone and with photos. The customer service they give is fantastic, and they do what they say they’re going to do, it’s just so nice to be able to trust a company and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Really pleased with my roof the caravan looks a lot better Johnny and I think the other fella was called Kevin were a great help even did wee jobs like sealing that they didn't need to do didn't stop till they were finished such hard workers.Great job.

From the very beginning Lee explained the process with a fair price for the work to be done.
His team of fitters Jonny and Robin were sharp on site to start the job. I was kept well informed throughout the whole time. The professionalism that they all showed was incredible.

Lee and his team were extremely reliable and always on the end of the phone when I made contact. He has even helped me fix a few small bits on the caravan since I got it back from him.

Customer service is 1st class.Lee is very pleasant guy to deal with. If he discovers problems with Caravan he will send a video highlighting defects and repair. There are no big surprises when you go to pay.costs are very reasonable compared to other companies. Have used this company a few times now and will do so again.
