Had my service done with lee and his team. It was hassle free from start to finish. They even kept my van an extra week as i took covid and were very accommodating.
You will recieve a very detailed service and damp report.
There was no long waiting list to get booked in either.

Just had windows, doors, gutters and downspouts fitted today in our mobile home by Johnny & his colleague .. they came bright & early at 8.30am and they never stopped until everything was done!!.. the windows, doors, gutters and downspouts all look amazing and make so much difference to our mobile.. We can’t recommend these guys highly enough, they are so efficient & they make sure everything is to perfection before they leave.. and they’re prices are hard to beat!..they’re spotless clean, & really friendly aswel...thanks so much Downshire for the amazing work carried out! we will definitely be recommending to you to everyone.. Warranty repair of alcove bed in my hobby motor home. Vehicle bought direct from agent in England. Lee was tasked with warranty work and had it repaired in 3 hours. Super efficient. He also did extra work by fitting an invertor in the vehicle for me. Obliging, efficient and tidy worker. A pleasure to deal with. Will always be top of my list for future work that may be needed. A great contact to have.

Left my 1999 ABI Dalesman in for a leak repair and a couple of other bits to be done. Was great to find someone willing to work on am older van. Work was top notch and completed as agreed at a reasonable price. Would use again.

One year after Downshire Caravans installed our double glazed windows and doors we are still impressed with the fantastic difference they have made to our caravan. The quality of the items is solid and sound and look so good. Johnny and his team were friendly and professional from start to finish. I cannot recommend these guys enough. We bought the caravan over the phone which we were trusting was as good as they said it was and it has exceeded all of our expectations. Then to top it of their customer service is truly outstanding and could not do enough for us. Lee was an absolute gentleman to deal with.
