I have used Drainage Online for years and have never been disappointed with the service. My order is always dealt with quickly and I usually receive it the next day.
The team are friendly and helpful and know their products unlike a number of suppliers we have used in the past. Their costs are reasonable and we rarely have issues with items not being in stock.

I loved scooby doo sandwich tower levels 1-13, however, the game significantly dropped down in levels during the last 3. As I approached the grand finale, I had expected to see something much more spectacular. For example, seeing one of my favourite scooby doo villains (Dr. Coffin) being the sandwich master all along. I also found that particularly the last level had a rather easy premise as I instantly knew to only collect 3 items, as oppose to being conflicted between which I was collecting. I feel that to improve this game, the final few levels could have a system where the customer could maybe change their order and so you would have to sabotage the sandwich you're making in order to fulfil their order. Shaggy could also do with a rework, as current version does not resemble them very much.

Excellent service, delivery came day after order, delivery man contacted me because I was not at home to sign for the order and made alternative arrangements, ordered swan 80 mm down pipe X 2 bends and cannot find this size anywhere on the whole internet also local suppliers, saving me having to change my whole guttering. Thank you

Same as everyone else. Ordered a good while ago paid for expensive delivery as I needed it fast for my building project. No reply to emails and can’t get them on the phone. Chargeback time.

Is anyone having problems getting in touch with
this company no answer by phone or e mail. waiting for my order over two weeks now.

I have been waiting for a refund for two weeks, emails not responded to - nothing. I would think very carefully about buying anything from them. It's not a small refund amount, my next step is legal action. Strict caution when using this company.

Update.
No response, no refund, no doubt they will blame COVID.

Do not use - you place an order online and you receive nothing. Communication is poor. Waste of money

I recently placed an order for Floplast guttering, I had forgotten some bends and realised I needed a couple of longer drainpipes so phoned that afternoon but didn’t get anyone. I received an email the next day ( Saturday - 7am) to say sorry they’d missed my call but they’d add on the extra bits on a second delivery with no extra charge even though it was me that forgot to order. We fitted everything this weekend and it all went together fine. The order was missing one clip, we’ve been sent a new part. Really appreciate the great customer service and would recommend!

Do not use this company. They have filed a notification of intent to be struck off the register at companies house. Simon, previously dealing with emails, has been terminated as a director at the parent company (General all purpose plastics) in July and is now on holiday. We’ve had an order waiting almost three weeks with promises of it arriving next day on three occasions. The supplier is blamed but I will be calling to see if they’ve even received the order. Please don’t use. [Edit - the order was finally delivered three weeks after being placed - upgraded review to 2 stars. Better communication and realistic timelines would have saved us money on scaffold hire].

Called on 14th spoke to someone who told me they were waiting for a couple of items to come in. They were due to arrive that day

Spent £300 on the 7th July and no goods delivered and no contact. Will be making a claim through credit card.

Awful company. Same as everyone else. Order confirmed. Had an email reply. Order was due 2 weeks ago.
Won't answer phone or further emails.

Scam company do not use......! No one answers call or replies to emails. I am in the process of contacting trading standards DONT USE.

Placed order on 24th May with Drainage Online as the item I needed was in stock, according to their website. However, I am still waiting on delivery. Called Drainage Online on many many occasions but no one was answering. Sent emails also. Managed to talk to someone and was advised delivery would be made on the 24th or 25th June. It didn't arrive. My calls were finally answered and I was told delivery would be on the 1st or 2nd of July. It didn't arrive. Trying to speak to someone but again, no one is answering. Drainage Online has had my money since 26th May!!

Update: Spoke to Simon (very helpful) who clarified the situation in more detail. Hopefully my order will be received next week.

Placed my order on 17.06.20. No reply to repeated telephone calls or emails. Gave my number to call in emails. Their telephone number is never answered, just goes dead after a minute. At least they should have the courtesy to reply or answer the phone! Edit: My order was finally delivered 4 weeks late, but with no notice or communication.

Very poor performance with responding to my order. Very difficult to communicated with them to ascertain delivery date and time. Poor delivery of goods when they eventually arrived.
Regrettably, I would not re-use again.

Ordered my 3 recess manhole covers on 3rd of June,I now wish I had read these reviews first, I have now emailed 4 times just for a predicted delivery date, all I want is a reply To my emails with a delivery date, and confirmation they have received my order, I understand these are busy times, so didn’t expect next day delivery just some form of communication, I have also sent a Facebook message of which I know has been read, but as of yet no response, I have block paved my drive already but have three holes awaiting the covers!

I now feel I need to take this further, I’m on furlough and can’t afford to loose the £150 plus I have spent on these covers
