We ordered by phone and everything was straight forward, within a week it had arrived.The delivery driver rang us to confirm delivery and he was really helpful getting the tank off the lorry.Good service all round.

Poor customer comms
Poor customer comms, advising product was available then not. Them stating we don’t know how many orders we will get in, insinuating my order wasn’t top of the list against orders not made yet.
Full refunds was not processed although I stated there were two orders
